Beautifully restored modern 1-bedroom with lots of natural light and high ceilings. The large master bedroom has a king memory foam mattress and en suite bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee in the vintage butterfly chairs, or experience quintessential SoCal indoor/outdoor living with the double French doors. Super central location. Quiet and tranquil - perfect spot to work from home or staycation. Gated parking spot included!
The Space:
The space
**Your health and wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us! In addition to our already robust cleaning routine, we are using a strong disinfectant to clean all surfaces, especially frequent touch points such as doorknobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, faucet handles, remote controls, and light switches, and the door and gate keypads. All linens are laundered with bleach, in hot water, and with extra dryer time. We'll provide plenty of hand soap during your stay. As always, check-in is a no contact process; you can check yourself in with keypads at the front gate and at your unit. And lastly, compared to a hotel or apartment building with high traffic areas like lobbies, hallways and elevators, this is a very low traffic property with just my house in front and a casita at the back**

An awesome mid century modern guest apartment tucked in between two beautiful Spanish bungalows. With only one shared wall, the space feels private and serene. The apartment was recently restored with polished concrete floors, European style kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, refinished maple flooring in the bedroom and a private en-suite bathroom (the bathroom is located inside the bedroom).
One gated parking spot is provided right outside your front door. Free street parking is also available.
Well-behaved, potty-trained pets are more than welcome! We do collect a non-refundable $50 per pet, per stay pet fee prior to check in. Please message me before booking to let me know you will be staying with a pet.
Laundry use is available for stays two weeks or longer.

Other things to note
Children of all ages are more than welcome! But for the little ones, do note that there is no bathtub, only a standup shower.
Pets are also more than welcome! My pet policy is as follows:
A non-refundable $50 per pet, per stay fee paid prior to check in
All pets must be completely housebroken
No furniture chewing/scratching
Dogs must be leashed when outside of the unit
Dogs must be walked out in the neighborhood, not in the driveway/parking area
No prolonged barking/howling (I have a dog and totally understand barking at loud noises, someone passing by, etc)
