Kind host, clear communication! House was great, lots of fun games and spaces to hang out. The hot water did run out fairly quickly, but that is our only area of improvement. Overall, we had a really good experience and would recommend to others.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The host was absolutely amazing truly the best host we could have asked for. We had a wonderful stay at the house with 20 people for 4 days. The bedrooms and bathrooms easily accomodated all of us. There was lots of room in the dining room and living room area for everyone. The kitchen had everything needed and lots of space for cooking and serving. The pool table was fun for everyone. The kids went tubing just minutes down the road in Windham and the grown ups took time to explore the town and relaxe. Fun times playing games and having a great birthday party for our Dad/Grandpa. If you are looking for a great place to have a larger groip this house has it all.

A wonderful space for a family reunion ski get away. Enough personal space for each while also offering great shared space for warm gatherings and meals. Host was very accommodating and easily available. We would definitely stay again!

On a positive note, the host was very friendly, cooperative, and nice. Host provided drinking water (water dispenser). Property well equipped with utensils/plates/coffee cups for a large group. Dining room albeit tight allowed us all to assemble for dining. Many items (such as salt/sugar/spices etc.,) were there - kudos to the hosts.Property is off of a main road and you'll hear the road noise at night. Also it is an old property hence shower water flow/temp adjustment isn't good. Stairs are tight, railings didn't feel very sturdy. We didn't have hot water for shower when we checked in but the host got it fixed quickly (thanks host). The tap water felt a bit salty (wasn't sure if we could use it for cooking), thankfully hosts had provided drinking water. It is very easy to install body shower/shampoo bottles in the property but this property doesn't provide toiletries or towels - it is a bit inconvenient, felt property management cringing on basic amenities compared to many other places we've stayed. The thing that bothers me (not just this property but other property listings sites also) is that we pay a fat cleaning fee, but host still gives instructions to take out the garbage, remove the bed sheets etc., Then why am I paying for cleaning service?Overall, positives are that the property supports large group but quality didn't feel justified the cost. It is possible that hosting site is taking a good chunk of the profit and the host may be feeling the pinch.

Great winter stay

We really had great time during our Christmas holiday at this beautiful place. The property is very well managed by the owner and were very helpful during our stay. It’s close to all the activities in the Windham mountain. I would highly recommend this place for any family gatherings all season.

Great place for a family gathering

The house had plenty of room for a large group, ample seating in the living room and dining room, well stocked kitchen and spacious grounds. Perfect co-worker getaway!

This was the perfect property for our co-worker getaway weekend. Super close to Windham and Hunter mountains, very large common space, and plenty of private bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 22. Kitchen is fully stocked! Owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our trip.

I brought a large group (23) of adults and youth (Boy Scouts) up to Windham and this house was a perfect match for a large group to enjoy together - house was clean and a great match for such a large group. Wonderful for family reunion

My family (18 adults, 6 children, 3 dogs) had a wonderful stay. Plenty of common area space, lovely covered porch, large dining area for all of us, and everyone had their own personal space as well. Great kitchen and well-stocked. Owner met us at check-in and was responsive. Lots of local things to do, especially hiking.

Nice property for large group

The property fit large group with a lot of space. The cons are the area is hard to get cellular signal and the rooms are a little bit cold as the heater don't reach too much. Overall it is a pleasant stay and close to the skiing area .

Amazing property and location

My group of coworkers had an incredible weekend ski/snowboard retreat for the second year in a row at this property. Annie was a great host; very responsive and always helpful. The house is huge and well equipped, making it very accommodating for large groups. It is also down the block from Windham and a quick drive to Hunter, making it a prime location for skiing/snowboarding. Definitely recommend!

Great stay

We were a large group of 5 families celebrating Thanksgiving together, including many kids. House was perfect for us: clean, plenty of rooms and baths, spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, large table, transition areas between outside and inside, quiet location, fireplace. We went hiking in the Blackhead Range and playing at C D Lane Park. Annie was super responsive and helpful. Strongly recommended.

A wonderful place for a family get-together!

We hosted a group of 15 for a combination wedding-anniversary-4th-of-July reunion and A-Neils was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Heads up to bring towels, everything else is supplied, and all of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor which worked out OK for us. One set of steps is steeper than the other. We had a fantastic time!
