GuestReady- Cosy studio in Paris

This cosy and renovated flat is composed of:

- A living area with chest drawers to store your belongings, a desk area and a sleeping area with a convertible sofa for 2 people.
- A equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee machine
- A bathroom with a shower and wc. Hairdryer at your disposal.

The cleaning fees include clean sheets and towels for every guest. The cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment on the 6th floor with an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In the 6th arrondissement, this studio is ideally located as it is only a few minutes from the Latin Quarter and in the center of Paris. You will find a real lively neighborhood life filled with cinemas, cafes, restaurants and bookstores.
It is only 3 minute walk from the famous Luxembourg Gardens which will offer you a bit of nature in the city with a magnificent view of the Senate.

Public transportation a few steps away from the apartment:
Metro 4 - Saint Placide station: 4 minute walk
(direct line to Châtelet Les Halles, the Latin Quarter with Notre Dame de Paris and the Pantheon, Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord and Gare Montparnasse)
Metro 12 - Notre dame des champs station: 4 minute walk
(direct line to the sublime Place de la Concorde where you can admire the Eiffel Tower, the Porte de Versailles exhibition center and the famous Bon Marché store)

CHECK IN: All check-in is done from 3pm, please note that for any check-in after 10pm will be increased by 20€ to be paid on site to the person who will welcome you.

KEYS: only one set of keys will be offered to guests.

HOUSEHOLD CHARGES: Household cleaning charges include clean bed linen and towels for each guest, and cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent (at the end of the stay only)

ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICE: Possibility of requesting a mid-stay cleaning or linen change for stays longer than one week.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
