While the home is not newly built, it has been recently updated with features such as central AC a newer kitchen, freshly painted interiors, new siding, and luxury vinyl plank & HW flooring throughout. We strive to maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming space for larger families to enjoy — which is why we emphasize space, convenience, and practicality in our description. All 6 bedrooms are outfitted with proper frames and supportive mattresses, many of which are relatively new and chosen specifically to accommodate a wide range of guests comfortably. While mattress comfort can be subjective, we’ve had many guests express satisfaction with the sleeping arrangements. We aim to offer a competitively priced, spacious home in a highly desirable coastal location. With 6 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms, two living rooms, a large deck, yard & 6 parking spots. The pricing reflects not only the size and amenities of the home but also the seasonal demand in this popular area.
