Dieses schillernde Strandhaus im Eastward Look ist einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang vom Strand Scarborough entfernt.
3 Betten / 1 Bad auf der Hauptebene und eine Schwiegerwohnung getrennt vom Haupthaus mit separatem Eingang auf der Terrasse. 2 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad auf der unteren Ebene. Frisch in Weiß und kühlem Blau eingerichteten Zimmer im ganzen, vollgestopft mit Haus Akzente. Blühende Bäume, wogende Gräser, weißen Lattenzäunen und Kopfsteinpflaster geht bezaubert die Sommergast. Scarborough Beach ist ein .2 Meile Spaziergang.

Die untere Ebene ist durch einen privaten Eingang im Hinterhof zugänglich. Es ist am besten für Kinder geeignet, da die Decken etwa 6 bis 7 Meter hoch sind.

Sunset Farm ist in der Nähe, Kinder werden es lieben, alle Tiere zu besuchen und zu sehen, wie sie auf der Farm leben. Im Hofladen werden frisches Gemüse und Obst, Kuchen, Gelees, Kekse, Fleisch und auf Bestellung zubereitete Lebensmittel verkauft.

Die Block Island Fähre ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt, wo Sie mit der Schnellfähre oder einer größeren Fähre nach Block Island oder Martha's Vineyard fahren können.

Narraganset ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, die für jeden etwas zu bieten hat. Scarborough Beach ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von unserem Haus entfernt und Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach und Salty Brine State Beach sind alle mit dem Auto erreichbar. Narragansett liegt in der Nähe der Block Island Ferry, die einen schönen Tagesausflug ermöglicht. Schnappen Sie sich Hummer in Galiläa vom Boot! Ebenfalls in der Nähe sind Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino und Foxwoods Casino.

Great Location!

Great property for my husband, myself and our 2 adult children. We utilized the basement apartment which gave us our privacy when we wanted it. A short walk to Scarborough beach. We would stay again!

Very comfortable home, with roomy kitchen and living room. lower level was perfect for teenagers/young adults. loved the nearby walking trail along the beach in the mornings. proximity to b.i. ferry and restaurants was awesome. will be back!

The set up of the house is great! has an amazing downstairs in-law apartment perfect for "the in-laws" or family with small children like in our case. Fantastic location!!! close to everything and most importantly walking distance to the beach!!!! well equipped and clean!

Great family vacation

Our extended family (six adults & three children) spent a week at the house and were pleased to find it more spacious and even closer to the beach than expected. The house was comfortable, well equipped, and clean enough, but with sand/grit left behind around the perimeters of the rooms. Only negatives were the misrepresentation of window air conditioners in each of the main level bedrooms, even after I checked with the property manager to confirm (no AC in the smallest bedroom when we arrived), and a ripped and hanging screen on the door to the lower level, repair of which should have been a priority. We'd definitely consider renting this property again.

Excellent family beach rental

First, while it could be due to the COVID cleaning procedures, this was by far one of the cleanest rentals we stayed at. I came prepared to wipe everything down and when I wiped the kitchen, it was completely clean! To be fair, it is a beach rental so it has a little rustic touch to it, but it was comfortable, spacious, and more than adequate for our three generations of family members who went for a quick beach week. And as we went in early summer, the hydrangeas all around the house were gorgeous. Second, it’s about a ten minute walk to the beach but it’s an easy walk. The rental is on a quite road, good for walking with my three year old twins. Third, the outdoor shower was great; I fact all the showers had great water pressure with ample hot water. Fourth, the mattresses/pillows were comfortable. Finally, it had great options for relaxing-big table outside in the back, little table outside in the front, a comfortable clinch inside, multiple good reading chairs, lots of board games, and cable TV (including HBO). We did not use the grill (propane) as it was out of gas and dirty but we made good use of their lobster pot (had fresh mussels and lobsters 4 nights) so we didn’t care too much about not grilling. We definitely hope to go back!!

Great location, very good overall, minor tweaks would make the stay perfect

We had some confusion before arrival because this place is apparently posted across a couple platforms and info wasn’t synching properly on VRBO. Once I got a property manager on the phone she was incredibly helpful, surprised to hear the listing details about linens and some other amenities were incorrect/confusing in the site, and accommodating with our unusual check in logistics. The property was nice. The basement seemed more lightly used so the cabinets and drawers smelled musty and had cobwebs (only an issue if you want to store things in there) and kitchen was more like a satellite kitchen— had a luring machine but no regular coffee pot, no toaster, not many dishes— but the upstairs was fully stocked. There were lots of useful things stored in the laundry room and the laundry worked great too. The one thing I’d change is make sure there is a hose attached to spigot in outdoor shower because that would make it so much easier to get sand off our feet (and clean any sandy belongings) before entering house than just using the shower head. The last thing I would change is that the property company is closed on Sunday and Monday which are the days we had the most questions— the first two days we were getting settled in. By the time they were open again we had bought our own replacements and figured out our own workarounds. It would be nice to switch that so either Sunday or Monday they were open. But the location was great, nice neighbors, friendly management!

Perfect for our Family

Bedrooms were perfect for our family of adults and children and grandchildren. The outside patio with the wonderful round table worked very well for all of our mealtimes. Walk to the beach was very doable for all of us with our wagons.

Nice beach house and great location

Spacious and definitely a plus if you want in-law style separation. Property mgmt. very responsive for any issues or questions. FT neighbors are extremely nice and quiet neighborhood but steps to beach.

Solid beach cottage in a very good location

Overall we had a very nice stay in this beach cottage. The home is a short walk to Scarborough beach (no complaints from my 5-yr old) and the lawn/outdoor area are well kept; the neighboring homes are also well maintained and peaceful. The interior of the main house is a bit worn down with a small bathroom to support 3 bedrooms but the layout is convenient and was a nice cozy stay for our party of two families. The separate downstairs apartment has been renovated nicely and would be a great option for guests who need their own space. The laundry facilities are located in the cellar and are only accessible via a separate outdoor entrance.

Perfect location

Great place for two families. The downstairs has 6 foot ceilings and I am 6’10”. Took a little getting used to but no big deal. Small issues with upstairs space but all was fixed immediately. 5 minute flat walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend.

Family Stay

I was quite happy with this rental. Close to the beach and some wonderful visiting spots near by. The beach was closed for a day + so that was not good. We paid to go to another beach those times. (Maybe a voucher for parking might be good PR) Overall, a very nice vacation! Would be happy to rent here again if my family would agree to dates and travel time! We had a couple of small incidents where we needed maintenance and they were there promptly. Very Happy with our experience here. (Iggy's was the best seafood:) So close by and great food. Take time to explore the area and relax! You have everything you need at your fingertips! The house was chill and we took advantage of the bikes and beach things in the basement, Happy campers!

Our family loved this property

Our family loved the 2 separate living areas of this property, ot fit us well. I imagine that is a very unique feature. Having an outdoor shower is appreciated, as is the patio area with bbq. We loved the new and clean feel of the downstairs area. The main floor was great too, if I could change one thing I would definitely update the upstairs bathroom. I would give cleanliness 5 stars if that was done. Rhonda was so helpful the day we checked in :)

Nice beach trip

Home is quite large, but really 2 areas with a 3 bedroom house and a 2 bed apartment on the lower level. The back yard is nice and quiet. Carly was a pleasure to deal with it. The location is fantastic, about 4-6 min walk to the ocean

Amazing house and location!

Our family has rented houses in the Scarborough beach area for the past few summers. This year was by far the best. The location can't be beat- it is literally steps away from the beach. The set up of the house was perfect for our family. The lower level was completely renovated and perfect for our 4 teenagers. They had their own space at night to watch a movie or play video games but it was also nice to have the whole family able to eat outside around the spacious table. The house had everything we needed plus more. (Lobster pots to panini press!) We accidentally left some items behind & the property management company was nice enough to gather up the belongings so we could retrieve them the next day! Thank you for an amazing week at the beach! We would love to come back next summer.

wonderful property

quick and easy walk to the beach, house was bright comfy and tastefully decorated, had everything we needed. teenagers loved the downstairs space, spacious patio area. highly recommend.

cute cottage, great location

superb location, 5 min walk to the beach, roomy, well outfitted, great patio seating area and downstairs kitchen made bbq easier. spacious outdoor shower made showering children easy. can hear the waves at night, often went for late night walks on the beach because was so accessible. will return.

Bright beach cottage

Great property, 5 min walk to the beach, centrally located. Clean, bright comfortable and airy with beachy feel. Sets the tone for vacation mode. Great for multi generational families or 2 families vacationing together with upstairs/downstairs separate entrance. Great patio area for cooking and hanging out.
