A sought after Abbey End Unit condo overlooking the lake and golf course on signature island hole in Heritage Palms Golf & Tennis community. Meticulously maintained. This popular end unit has 2 bedrooms and a den plus a one-car garage. This building has only 8 units with lots of green space between the next door building. Flooring is a combination of tile, contemporary wood-like vinyl and brand new carpet in the living area and bedrooms. In this condo, the sliders open all the way from the living room to the lanai and from master to lanai. Enjoy the fresh air and the views from both rooms. Kitchen counters are high end Cambria and the Samsung refrigerator/icemaker has been updated. Lower level cabinets have pull out shelves too. The Abbey model is spacious with split bedrooms and a den in between. Both baths and shower equipped with handicap railings. Heritage Palms is a top-rated, member-owned, gated golf community with two championship 18-hole Azinger and Lewis designed golf courses. In addition to golf, there are 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and a full-service tennis pro shop. In between golf and tennis, you can take advantage of nine swimming pools, including the clubhouse pool and the Lodge/Tiki Bar pool (there is an additional member transfer fee for all amenities). You may also work out at the state-of-the-art fitness center or take advantage of the many organized activities such as cards, dominos, Mah Jongg, water aerobics, yoga and pilates, to name a few. The newly renovated main clubhouse is 28,000 sq ft. and is home to both the formal Palms Dining Room and the more casual Grill Room. The Tiki Bar & Grille is located poolside at the Lodge and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It boasts its own full service bar and kitchen. In season, live entertainment is featured every Friday night.

Located just 15 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), and 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Heritage Palms is a fantastic choice for your SW Florida vacation.

Benji and her husband were among the best tenants I have ever had. She was so appreciative and left the house immaculate. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to rent their house.

Just like home

Spent a month here. In April. Unit has all the kitchen items you use at home and great quality pots and pans. Beds are comfortable. Lots of space and comfortable furniture. Many hours spent on the lanai enjoying drinks and meals watching the action on the 16th green.

Florida retreat

My husband and I stayed here for the month of January. We found this to be a very comfortable and relaxing place. The condo had everything we needed. The view from the back lanai was our favorite, overlooking one of the lakes on the property. We enjoyed that we could keep the sliding doors open all day and into the evening with the screened in lanai. Marty is very receptive to questions and concerns. He was great at communicating with us and helped us a lot with the required paperwork for the property.

Great stay in spacious condo

We stayed in the condo for the month of January. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, with everything we needed to cook meals. We also had lots of towels, bedding, and blankets available for our use. The furniture was comfortable, and we especially liked how the guest bedroom and bath could be closed off from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom/bath areas. We enjoyed the view of the 16th green from the lanai, and the neighborhood pool was close by and well maintained. It was convenient to have a garage for parking and storing golf clubs. We loved the location, the spacious condo, and the friendly neighbors! The owner was quickly responsive to our questions and made our stay very enjoyable! Thank you for a great stay!
