130m2 house with private garden (500 m2) fully fenced. The latter, recently renovated, can accommodate up to 8 people (maximum). It is located in a calm environment ideal for family holidays and recharging one's batteries.

It has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite. TV, free WIFI, blu-ray DVD player. Three office spaces (2 in the bedrooms and the other in the large living room. It offers an equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, microwave, electric plancha ( outside), hob… bathroom (shower, bath, hair dryer), garden furniture.
A small playroom with toys and books available (kitchen, dinette, baby doll, board games, giant wooden games for the outdoors (MIKADO, PALETS, FINNISH BOWLING, balls, etc.)

Unfortunately, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Household linen (towels, sheet, tea towel) is not provided. The size of the beds is as follows: 140x 200 cm.
Arrivals are from 4:00 p.m. and departures at 10:00 a.m.
A cleaning fee of €150 may be deducted from the deposit, in the event of the property not being clean, at the end of the rental.
