Chic home sleeps 9, has a hot tub, 3rd floor balcony, and EV Level 2 Charger

This unique, modern house is located in the quite town of Mountainaire only 11 mins from downtown Flagstaff.

The side patio just off of the dining room is where our Palatino (six person) hot tub is conveniently located as well as a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), outdoor fireplace (firewood provided), and seating area.

The first floor has a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a large dining room table that seats 8, and a beautiful wooden island in the kitchen that seats another 4. The living room has a sectional couch with a chaise couch, a recliner, 4K TV, and a gaming corner. The spacious kitchen has a gourmet gas stove, Carrara marble countertops, a butler's pantry that includes a wine fridge and a dedicated ice maker. Basic spices are also available. A split a/c unit cools the first floor on those rare days that an a/c is needed.

The second floor contains the master suite with a queen bed, bathroom with rain shower, 4K TV, and a sizable desk (in case you are working from home-- no one said it had to be at your home). High speed 1 gigabyte wireless internet is available throughout the house free of charge. This floor also has two more bedrooms each with a full size bed. In the guest bathroom there is a large soaking bathtub that can seat two.

If you are traveling with kids, then they will love the third floor. The "Bunkhouse" contains twin bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed. The upstairs living room has plenty of board games, toys, a 4K TV, DVD player, and a retro Sega Genesis console (who says that you can't be a kid again too). An a/c window unit is located on the third floor to cool the upstairs for those rare days when it is in the 90's. Home audio is controlled via Alexa.

Lastly, you will find our house's prized possession--our third floor rooftop terrace. It is fully equipped with a natural gas grill, ambient lighting, outdoor sofa and lounge chairs, as well as a table for outdoor meals. Enjoy the AMAZING view of the mountains as you sit surrounded by beautiful pine trees and gaze at the Milky Way (no streetlights). It is almost like you are living among the Ewoks on Endor!

When you aren't enjoying the house, outside we have 2 wood burning fireplaces, abundant firewood, several Adirondack chairs, a table that seats 8, and a gorgeous flower garden. You can enjoy s’mores with the kids (sticks included). We hope you will enjoy your time here as much as we do.
