THE VILLA

You will have at your disposal 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
You will find on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace open to the outside, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its shower room, a second double bedroom and a bathroom).

Upstairs you will enjoy 2 double bedrooms (about 10m2 each), a children's bedroom with two single beds and a cot as well as 2 shower rooms.
Each room is equipped with wardrobe.

The living rooms are bright and comfortable, the living room and the dining room open onto the large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, washing machine, dryer...

ACCESS

The house is ideally located in a quiet area where you can rest while enjoying the proximity of the beaches of the ocean and the basin. Parties and noise pollution are to be avoided in order to preserve the calm environment and the neighborhood.

GOOD TO KNOW

EVENINGS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, We do not wish to host EVG or EVJF. The environment is very calm and must remain so, for the comfort of all.

OPTIONAL LINEN (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels):
- 30€/person for 1 week,
- 40€/person for 2 weeks.

If you wish, we can provide you with additional bicycles subject to availability.
