We offer for rent, in the commune of Jaujac, the Château de Laulagnet, with a surface area of 250 m². Restored on the site of a 15th-century medieval castle destroyed during the Revolution, this accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people and features a 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You can also enjoy a wooded garden, a covered terrace, and a beautiful swimming pool to relax after a day of sightseeing!
The residence is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A large 50 m² living room with a sofa, coffee table, TV, and a dining area that can seat up to 13 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and filter coffee machine.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×190) with access to a small terrace.
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: one king-size bed (190×200)
- Bedroom 3: two double beds (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bathtub and sink.
- Separate toilet.
The property has an outbuilding, accessible via a few steps from the terrace or from inside the main house:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa, coffee table, and TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen
Upstairs in the annex:
- Bedroom 4: one double bed and one bunk bed (sleeps two)
Outside:
- A beautiful private, unheated swimming pool (4m x 8m, depth 1.2 to 2.2m). It is available from April to October and is protected by a manual cover.
- A 100 m² south-west facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days and a barbecue.
- A south-east facing, enclosed and private garden.
- Private outdoor parking for up to 3 vehicles.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, washing machine, barbecue, cot, iron and ironing board.

The listed stone house is ideally located in Jaujac, in a very quiet and pleasant environment in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park. You will find all the essential shops nearby in the village of Jaujac.
Activities:
- Séquoia Val-les-Bains Thermal Spa, Neyrac Thermal Baths, Saint-Laurent-les-Bains Thermal Baths.
- Hiking in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park, visiting the caves of Ardèche and Chauvet-Pont d'Arc, discovering the Ray-Pic waterfall.
- Water sports on the Volane
- Visits to vineyards and tastings of wines and regional products.
- Golf, swimming pool, casino, tree climbing, cinema.
- Visits to nearby villages: Aubenas, Balazuc, Thueyts.
Transportation:
- Aubenas bus station located 15.8 km away (21 min by car).
- Montélimar train station located 53.4 km away (1 hour 1 min by car).

Other remarks:
- Surveillance cameras are installed outside the accommodation and only film the entrances. The cameras will be deactivated during your stay. The swimming pool, terrace, and interior of the accommodation are not under video surveillance.
