We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO! The property was spotless and equipped with all the amenities you could ever need – from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and towels. It was so convenient being within walking distance to everything: the beach, restaurants, and local shops. We didn’t need our car once! The host was fantastic – incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape with all the comforts of home, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

Coola Boola is a great place

The one and only downfall for me as nothing was given in an email about tents cannot be used on the beach also the beach was very crowed like sardines packed in a can which made it complicated and not desirable to go to the beach. The place itself was extremely nice and the view was excellent and very spacious and ample parking for up to five vehicles made it nice.

What a wonderful week!

What a wonderful house! We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book again. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed, which made cooking super convenient. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone, and more than enough beach chairs for all our guests to enjoy.The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach as well as some shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore without having to drive everywhere.The only minor downside was that the rooms weren’t quite as large as they appeared in the photos, and the couch that is pictured on the 3rd floor balcony is not longer there. but it didn’t take away from the comfort or the overall experience. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing beach vacation!

This was our 3rd year staying at Seacrest Beach, and this house has been our favorite! Perfect location to beach, pool and restaurants! Tram is right across the street, if needed. Appreciated the staples in the pantry. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels for all! Owner was also very quick to respond with any questions we had. Beach was very crowded. We recommend renting beach chairs and umbrella from La Dolce Vita. Would recommend staying at this property!

The perfect house for our group. We were a group of seven adults, four teenage boys, and a 3 year old. Coola Boola was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The kitchen, family room and third floor deck are more spacious than the pictures reveal. Our morning coffee on the 3rd floor deck, with the ocean view was perfect! We appreciated Shelley’s quick response when we had a question about check-in and the grill. Thankful for all the beach chairs and beach towels! We were sad to leave and hope to be back!

Perfect for large groups

The area is perfect for a large group. Great walkability to restaurants and shops. Also, the property isn’t a far drive from PCB. The pool in the community is great and the kids/teens/adults all enjoyed their time there. We were all perfectly comfortable in our sleeping arrangements. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you have a preference. Otherwise, that’s my only complaint. Both kitchens fully equipped to do your thing. You don’t need to bring much if you plan on heading to the beach. Note that tents are not allowed on the private beach you’ll have access to and the beach gets crowded quickly and we are only allotted a certain amount of space. You do not have free range on the beach in that area due to the private properties flanking either side of our area. That was a bummer but we survived 😊 We will definitely bring the family back.

Nice property but needs some TLC

We had a nice time as we go to Seacrest Beach every year but this house didn’t live up to our expectations based on our previous stays at other properties. It didn’t feel clean, there was no shampoo or extra toilet paper and all of the towels were hidden in one bathroom. We had some issues but the owner was very VERY responsive to them. The front door battery died and we were locked out, the side door had no safety and my 2 year old could open it because it didn’t lock from the inside and the dryer was making an awful noise. The owner was prompt and had everything fixed as quickly as she could. I do understand that things happen it is just that you don’t want to deal with those things on your vacation.

Hi Jacky, thank you for your review. As you noted, being responsive is important to me so I'd like to specifically address each of your concerns: 1) I discussed your concerns about cleanliness and towels with the cleaners and expect that issue to be resolved going forward. At our last spot-check we found towels in every bathroom and everything cleaned as expected. 2) As you know, we installed a deadbolt on the side door during your stay so future renters can rest easy if they have toddlers. 3) We've added an alert on the front door lock battery so we can deal with it proactively. 4) We stocked shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms in May. However, I have confirmed on our recent visit that they are all gone now. We replaced them and have put labels on them so hopefully they stay. 5) We have also stocked up on laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing soap, hand soap and many other items. 6) With regards to paper products, there will be 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom upon arrival and 1 roll of paper towels, but I do expect guests to bring/buy their own supply of paper products as those items are gone through too quickly to keep adequately stocked. I have updated the Guest Guide to be clear about that expectation. I'm sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. We aim to delight our guests and I hope you see that we're improving and can hopefully live up in the future. Thanks, Shelley

Great property in a great location

One of the more well stocked rentals I have stayed in. They have almost everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach gear. Great location with an easy walking distance to the pool, beach, and local shops. Didn’t use the tram but they were readily available. The bikes were a great addition and we used them a lot. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing winter break

Our family had an amazing week of Florida sunshine at Coola Boola. The house was very clean and seemed well stocked with everything we needed. Shelley did a great job communicating everything we needed to know including .pdf's. The shed was well supplied with beach chairs, floats, and beach toys which kept the kids busy at the beach. The beach and pool were an easy walk away and both look better than the pictures show. This was our first trip to the 30A beach area of Florida and it did not disappoint.

A Must Stay!!

Location, location, location!! This property was everything we hoped for and more! It was clean, cozy and had that all around homey feeling. The location was convenient to the beach, pool and restaurants! The owner is quick to respond to questions and the house was fully furnished. The neighborhood pool was spectacular and the area itself was awesome! This was our first time to the Seacrest/Rosemary beach area and it won’t be our last! Coola Boola is a great house for family vacation. Location to the pool, beach and few steps to the shops is perfect. We really enjoyed the bikes and third floor balcony for some family fun. Our only disappointment was the beach is very limited in space. The crowds were very large and we truly did not enjoy time at the beach during the day.

Awesome Escape

Coola Boola is the best! We stayed there over Easter weekend with extended family and had an amazing time. The house is lovely with PLENTY of space, comfortable beds, and the location can't be beat. We were big fans rooftop deck and balcony with water views. The property manager was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Loved the place lots of room! Great location within the property and loved the rooftop area/patio. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great stay at Coola Boola

Lovely property with perfect location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Beach is an easy walk / tram ride. Our group of two adults and four teenagers had a great time!
