The space
Kitchen Area:
Our kitchen is fully furnished, you will find everything necessary to host a dinner. You'll also find a new Keurig coffee brewer and fully stocked supply of coffee to give you that boost you'll need to get going each morning!

The dining table seats 4 and kitchen table seats 2. Serving/dinnerware available for many more!

Guest Rooms
Guest rooms are spacious and offer lots of privacy. You’ll find 1 king and 2 queen beds upstairs, and a 1 queen bed downstairs as well as a pull out sleep away bed. It comes complete with its own iron, ironing board and laundry basket downstairs in the closet.

Living Rooms
The living room area features 55-inch Samsung LED TV. Want to just Netflix and chill? TVs come with an Amazon Fire stick for your personal enjoyment.

Laundry
Dirty clothes? No problem. We've got a washer and dryer onsite.

Connectivity
You're on vacation, but if you need to stay connected, our home is powered with 175MB WIFI connection. Take a few photos of the space and share with your friends on F.B, Instagram or Snap-- they'll be jealous!

For your safety and security, this home is equipped with schlage smart Lock and Arlo doorbell camera as well as various other cameras located on the exterior of the property to ensure security and privacy during your stay. Guests will be provided with a unique entry code upon confirmation of stay.

If you need to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of the inside, our simply landscaped backyard and patio will provide just enough greenery for your needs. Great Place

I rented this house to have a little going away party for my friend. House was very spacious and what I expected. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Stranded due to holidays if not we would have left.

House was decent but all the floors were stick that the bottom of our socks turned black. There was no type of cleaning supplies there was roaches and leaking faucets. We decided to make the best of it and asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned our selves and over all managed to save the trip. Property management didn't seem to care they were just concerned about us stealing cleaning supplies. We forgot a few items and tried to contact them with no response, hope they enjoyed my Christmas i forgot. God bless

Hi Angelica, You sent us a message saying that the floors was sticky, We offered to have a cleaner come and mop floor again, but you then changed your mind and told us to leave cleaning supplies which we did, As I explained, we only leave the minimum amount of products in the home because guest have in the past taken the products home when they leave, I never accused you of stealing anything, its all in the message thread that I wish we could post to show that you are lying for whatever reason. Furthermore, Like I said I wish I could post the message thread but I did not receive any other messages or phone calls about anything being left in the home after your stay. I would have had no problem with you coming to collect your belongings and have had guests in the past reach out to me for stuff like that. I have never had any problems addressing any guest concerns and I was very polite with you during all interactions with you on VRBO. So I am not even sure why you would come and leave these lies on here about my home. Thank you for staying and god bless you too.

Horrific

I never got to stay at the property! My family and I traveled and waited hours to get into this property. The host claims to have a “voice recording” of me, which he was never authorized to have, of me canceling the reservation. I never canceled and the host has not provided the recording. He ended up booking it with someone else claiming to book it on another site. Those people were giving access into the property and my family was not. We drove 5+ hours to get there and had to drive back home the same day. He seemed to be helpful in the beginning, but ended up taking our money and robbed us of our stay.

Hi Courtney, I sincerely apologized for the miscommunication on my end if there was any. Initially before you booked, I told you that I cannot hold any reservations for guest with the hopes of them confirming what they are doing with their plans, that it will affect my ability to allow someone else that once to book my home the opportunity. I informed you that if you are not sure about the booking that it will probably serve you best to wait until you get further details because there is a cancellation policy and i cannot guarantee that you will get a refund or a full refund. I Even told you that i would not book the place until 4 pm, which is the time you told me that you will know for sure what is going on with your situation. Which i agreed to do for you because i was trying to help you out, because of the issues you were having with booking. You specifically told me, in a message on VRBO to don't worry about it and went ahead and booked it anyways. At that point, and after i told you this the next day modified the reservation to reduce it by a day, even after i told you, i can’t do that, but i did it anyways and the system refunded you partially for the day. You sent me another message about the refund, which I just didn’t understand because like I mentioned the system automatically refunded based on your modification. Anyways, you called me the next day and the first thing you said in the conversation was I would like to cancel the reservation because of the situation that you were in changing (which is all recorded and provided to VRBO as proof of your cancellation). At that point I reiterated to you that the cancellation policy is in place and I cannot guarantee a refund or a partial refund, that I would need to talk to the owner and that I would call you back and let you know. I did not specify the time period for which I would call you back, (Again, all can be heard in the voice recording provided to VRBO). At that point I opened up my calendar on another platform to receive bookings and a past guest from Louisiana reached out to me regarding the stay, and naturally I booked it. Based off the cancellation conversation we had. I am sorry, if you mis communicated your intentions about the booking, but I was very clear about the cancellation policy, my intentions, and the outcome that was expected. I was still willing to help you out after the fact and let you stay in one of my other properties, but you were very disgruntled with this situation and I didn’t want to take that liability on because there was no agreement with VRBO, so called them and disregarded that thought. I am not in the business to “Rob”anyone. I run a very honest business. This is not my character. Again, I am sorry this happened especially during your situation, but I think I was very clear and understanding about the entire situation. I provided all the recordings to VRBO and that is why they sided with me, because it was a clear-cut cancellation regardless of it is still show up in the system. Your actions are what made me open up the calendar for other bookings, or else I would have clearly honored yours. Again, I am truly Sorry for any miscommunication on my part and if there is something reasonable, I can do to help minimize the impact this situation had on you, I am open to talk about it.

Renter's Beware

I would not allow my dogs to even stay at this property. Firstly, we messaged the property owner via the VRBO app that we arrived early to see if we could check in sooner and heard nothing back for over an hour. Messaged again and finally received a text at 30 minutes before scheduled 4:00 check in that the property wasn't ready and they needed another hour. Not happy but what could we do at that point. Albert called back before 4:30 and said it was ready. We arrive and were shocked at the condition of the property. Sink was dirty, food still in the drain, gallon of ice cream in the freezer still. Food left in the cup holder on the couch. Light bulbs not working in the stairwell, missing lightbulbs all over the house. Glasses were greasy, hole with exposed wires above the kitchen counter and I have no clue what was growing the in the dishwasher. All the trim and floor boards were black and falling apart. Lamps next to bedroom down stairs were broken and looked like someone used the base for an ashtray. Bathroom exhaust fan had no cover on it. I could go on and on about the condition of this property. My wife was beyond upset. Made a reservation at a dog friendly hotel in the next town over and we left early the next morning. Notified Albert and he agreed that we would pay for the night we stayed and the "cleaning fee" but he would refund the rest of our stay. We are still waiting for a refund . . .

Brent, I am sorry that you had a bad experience. I again apologize regarding the confusion having the place ready for your arrival, it was the result of a cleaning schedule error. I tried to remedy the situation by offering a discount on your stay. It normally takes about 2.5 hours to get the home cleaned and sanitized for a stay. My crew only had 1 hour to make sure the home was ready and unfortunately somethings were missed. The stair lights is setup on a three-way switch, so it can be turned off and on from either location. The recessed lights bulbs was intentionally left out because past guest have complained about brightness, the hole over the kitchen counter was an existing telephone location that has since been covered with a blank cover. The dish washer was set to run before the cleaners left the home so if something was left in it, there was no way to have it cleaned because of time constraints. The lamp in the bedroom mention has since been removed and replaced. A exhaust cover placed over exhaust in bathroom. I tried everything I can to accommodate Mr. Brent and gave him a option for refund and still chose to stay only to leave the next day and get threatened about lawsuits and a bad review. We take pride in every guest who stays at our properties and do our best to make sure accommodations and expectations are met. We strive on improving and learning from past mistakes. Again I apologize that you had a bad experience with us.
