Florida Breeze has 3 spacious bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 full beds. The master bedroom has the utmost privacy with an attached ensuite bathroom. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room create the perfect space for the entire group to relax and enjoy each others company. The main level living is the perfect place to escape the summer heat! The kitchen will provide everything needed to cook family meals at home.

Take advantage of the balcony located just off the dining area to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets. Easily move from the balcony to the pool for an afternoon cool down.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
