This Beautiful contemporary home is in the Village of Pt. Judith. Minutes from Sandhill Cove. It has everything you would want for your next family vacation. Relax on one of the four decks viewing the sunrise/sunset views of Block Island Sound and Point Judith Refuge. Expect 5 spacious bedrooms - 4 with private decks, three and a half baths. We had another wonderful week here this summer! Maria’s home is perfect for our large group - 4 couples a 6-year old - with plenty of space to hang out together or have some alone time, too. The location can’t be beat - just minutes from all the beaches and right around the corner from fried fish and ice cream!

Quiet family getaway

We had a great time at this location. It was clean and open and in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. Two nice beaches were a five minute drive away. Maria was very attentive to any questions we had, and we appreciated the hospitality.

Check in was a breeze! House was beautiful and spotless! Everything we needed to prepare meals was provided in a well stocked kitchen! Views were amazing from the numerous decks! Dinner, ice cream and dancing were all in walkable distance. Loved this home and it’s location!

House is located in a great neighborhood. Quiet with impressive ocean views you can even see block island from spare bedroom on upper level which was a treat. House has plenty of space for everyone and functional kitchen. Lots of local restaurants to dine in and functional kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils , appliances etc. for cooking. Overall excellent property and the owners Maria and her husband were very accommodating and extremely responsive to all inquiries and questions.

Great house in Point Judith

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay. The house is conveniently located in a nice residential neighborhood in Point Judith. We could take walks to Roger Wheeler beach, Galilee and the Point Judith light house. The house is spacious, clean and the kitchen well equipped. We particularly enjoyed all the decks, balconies and the screened in outdoor dinner space. Maria is amazingly responsive and answered all our questions.

The house was outstanding! Great, bright space with good sized bedrooms for a large family or multiple families in our case. The house was clean and well stocked with linens, towels etc. Maria was an excellent host and very responsive. The neighborhood is beautiful and was quietly tucked away from the nearby beaches and shops (Iggy’s and Aunt Carrie’s) which made it easy to walk to but nice to escape the busyness. Roger Wheeler Beach was a mile walk or quick drive. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Plenty of Privacy

We booked this house to give our family plenty of privacy when staying all together for a week. The rooms were quiet. Beds were super comfy. Bathrooms on all three levels. Neighborhood was also very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

We most definitely rate Caitlin and her family a 5 star!! We were so please and relieved to know such nice people were staying and enjoying our home! I would most definitely rent my home to her and her family again! Please know the 1 star rate is most definitely inaccurate and Greg and I rate Caitlin and her family a 5 star*****!! They were our very first guests in our new home and we couldn't be more pleased with how they cared for our home!! We want all our guests to be happy and make great memories in our home!! I am working very hard on removing that inaccurate 1 star rating.

Summer trip 2024

Maria’s house was perfect for our family vacation this summer! There was plenty of space for 4 couples and one very active 5-year old. And the location was great - close to the beaches but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Maria was super responsive to the few questions we had and was helpful with local recommendations. We’ll be back!

Great Stay!

The house was perfect for a large group. There were 10 in our group, and everyone had their own space. There were a couple of issues when we arrived. We texted Maria to let her know, and her husband was there same day to fix the problems. Their response was immediate. They are wonderful hosts. Maria was answered every question and recommended beaches and activities. The proximity to different beaches was good. We highly recommend staying here!!!

Wonderful RI family vacation rental

As advertised on the website, the house and property were ideal for the ten of us. (my son's family of 4, my daughter's family of 4, my husband and I). Since we traveled from Arizona and Michigan, there were plenty of amenities in the house including: beach chairs, a wagon for the 2 year old, a nicely stocked kitchen, indoor porch with a large table for all of us, outdoor tables and chairs and a large yard for the kids. The only item that would have been helpful was a crib or Pack & Play for the 2 year old. I would strongly recommend this rental for a group of ten. For our next RI vacation we certainly will rent again.

Not what we had pictured

We are long time travelers and renters and enjoy visiting different spots. This house seems like it just came on to be rented and still needs a few additions. When we arrived, one bedroom smelled awful and had to be aired out all day, one bathroom had hairs and dirty footprints in the bathroom. There is no furniture to sit in on the porches, no coffee or end tables, no dining room table. We ended up using the porch table on the bottom floor to eat, but it was very warm. The grill was filthy and we had to clean it before using it and empty it out. No lamp shades in downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom smelled moldy and we couldn’t use the dresser or closet because of the mold smell. The outdoor shower is great but is located right next to the trash so it is really unusable. No game or puzzling table. The linen package that was purchased included sheets and towels that were brand new but that all needed to be laundered before being used. The bathmats were all soaking wet when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay in this area but would not stay in this house again and could not recommend this house to others.

This gentleman is upset because we had to keep his security deposit of only 350.00 for destroying our newly refinished hardwood floors. He allowed his children to paint in our house with non washable paint. It means a great deal to us that our guests enjoy themselves and our home. We make it very clear we are always available for anything they need during their stay. This gentleman never once tried to communicate that he had any issue with the house. So far every guest that has stayed at our home seem to say just the contrary. I’m sorry he felt that way and we would have gladly given his money back in full right from the start. We want everyone to create great memories in our home and seems to me, him and his family/friends did just that. I wish him and his family well.

Beautiful Property!

This house is in one of the nicest areas of Pt. Judith. The road is very quiet and an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The house is beautiful - very roomy with many window and balconies. The yard is spacious as well. The porch on the ground level is great for large group dinners. Our group of 11 really enjoyed the space and slept comfortably. The entire house is newly air conditioned and the overall facility is very well-kept and modern. I would highly recommend this house for families and groups with kids. Thanks Maria!
