Located just steps from the beach, this newly renovated duplex is ready to be your next home-away-from-home on Anna Maria Island! Here, you can put your feet up and relax while you watch your favorite shows and movies in the comfortable living area after spending sunny days on the sand. Prepare anything from your morning coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice to full-course dinners in your well-equipped kitchen, and then dine together at the adjacent table for four. Guests will also enjoy access to a furnished patio area and a gas grill if you want to augment your home-cooked menu!

With so many beautiful beaches nearby (including Manatee Public Beach, Cortez Beach, and Coquina Beach, all within a couple miles), it's easy to switch things up and see a new side to the Gulf. Just a mile away, take a break at The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, perfect for families with younger guests. Rent a boat (or take a tour) through Cortez Watersports, just on the other side of the Cortez Bridge. And then wind down the day with something delicious from one of several local restaurants.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
