Enjoy this beautifully decorated town home consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen and mountain view. Less than one mile to Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley ski mountain. Free door-to-door shuttle is available during the ski season. This 3-level town home consisting of 2,100 sq ft is perfect for groups and families. Facilities can accommodate up to 6 people with
3 bedrooms, each with its adjoining bathroom. Spacious living and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a walk-in closet.
Second bedroom consists of a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Third bedroom consists of a bunk bed (twin over full-size bed) with an adjoining bath with a tub and shower combo.
A powder room is located conveniently to living/dining areas.
A two-car garage with entry into a lower level area with ski utility/storage room and a full size laundry room.

Gas fireplace in living room.
Convenient to Park City Main Street shopping and restaurants with free bus service available. Easy walk to St. Regis Resort (all seasons) and hiking trails (during summer months).

Location:
This town home is perfect location to enjoy all Park City has to offer. In the summer guests may enjoy a short walk to the base of Deer Valley Resort with mountain biking and hiking and outdoor concerts. In winter there is a free 3-minute shuttle ride to the number one rated ski resort in America: Deer Valley (according to Ski MagazIne).
There is year-round public transit bus service with a short walk to bus stops. Bus service provides transportation to Main Street in Park City with transfers available to surrounding areas.

Cozy accommodations in a very convenient location.

We had a very nice stay at this lovely condo in beautiful Deer Valley. Everything was very clean upon our arrival and there were perfectly clear instructions about how everything works, including helpful tips about getting around the area. There was plenty of space, a beautiful view, and all of the amenities were in good working order. Deer Valley was a quick 2 minute shuttle ride away, and the restaurants & shops on Main Street were only 5 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our week!

Deer Valley condo with views

We really enjoyed our time in this Deer Valley condo. It has a beautiful view of Deer Valley and was nicely appointed. We had a family of 5 deer visit us while we stayed, which made the visit even more special.

Deer Valley President’s Day Weekend

Super convenient to DV and PC and comfortable. Impressive views of ski area. Complete kitchen and mud room storage. We would love to return.

Beautiful property and nice location, close to everything. We skied at Deer Valley and Park City both. This townhouse was everything promised on-line. We would be happy to return.

Beautiful place to stay

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. The welcome fruit and snack package was a nice touch. The place was just like the pix. Loved how each room had their own bathrooms. Everything we used worked as expected. If there was anything wanting, the kids room was pretty cold at nite. Will definitely come back here again.

Even Better in Person

Wonderfully cozy condo with a skylight … essentially actually a window wall, gives a magical view both day and night. Functional kitchen, each room has its own bathroom and the rooms are far enough apart that when the family needs a little breathing room it is easy. The shuttle to Deer Valley was an unexpected bonus and made plans run so much smoother. Communication with Sandra and family was stellar. My husband had a ski accident the afternoon before we flew out the next morning (nothing broken, but he was pretty on-legged for next few days, lol) We were grateful to have a comfortable place to sit and a way to cook a little supper that evening. Hopefully to come back next year!

Family ski trip

Beautiful views of Deer Valley from the living room. 3 min drive to the resort. At night there are trees lit up like Christmas trees throughout the visible landscape. The location is secluded and safe. The garage is large enough to hold a Jeep Wagoneer, Tahoe, Yukon and still close. All the directions for using the property were included and easy to follow. Door dash and Instacart all deliver to this address. The master bedroom looked like an open loft but there is a door so complete privacy. From the master bed there is a nice view of deer valley through the patio on that level. The master shower is large and has both a shower wand attachment and rain shower feature plus two separate vanities. Overall a great value and our family would come back.

Great Proximity to Deer Valley Resort

Overall I think this property is well appointed and located in a great spot, especially if you're skiing at Deer Valley Resort. It's spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner/host, Sandra, was great and her communication was amazing. Free ski shuttle was perfect too. A couple things to also consider. The furnishings are a little dated and probably need some updates. Also, we specifically filtered our search to include properties with a hot tub and although the listing shows one under "amenities", there is no hot tub. Not a private one, or a community one on the property. Not sure if that's a VRBO or host problem, but the listing should be updated so no one else is disappointed.

Holiday family break

Property was as shown online. Clean property but aged. Water heater issues resolved after 3rd day with plumber. Wished angled ceiling windows could have melted the snow to continue to see the mountain view. Despite all this, would stay at unit again.

Fantastic property and great location

We rented the property between Christmas and New Years, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Deer Valley. The photos and descriptions of the property were accurate, the owner provided excellent communication prior to our arrival, and the home was everything we hoped for.It was not only extremely clean and organized, all of the small details were taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped and lacked nothing, the bedrooms and living area were comfortable and updated, and easy-to-follow, printed instructions were provided for the TVs, fireplace, garage door, etc. The only challenge we had was adjusting the thermostat to control the temp for two levels. We figured it out after the first night. The view from the living area was fantastic. We could see the base and ski runs at Deer Valley. The free shuttle was an added bonus to pick us up and drop us off each day for skiing.I will definitely seek out this property on my next visit to Deer Valley. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Spactacular View

The view was spactacular. The Kitchen was very well stocked. The whole place was nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for everybody around the tv and game room. I sat in a chair most of the time but my family said that the couches were not that comfortable and that a few more pillows would be nice. The beds were very comfortable but both my daughter and I could have used a stepstood to get in. I am 5'4" and she is a little taller. I had to push against the wall to get in. We cook and a barbeque pit would have been nice but we made do without it. We knew that there would be no hot tub but decided to forgo that for the view which was wonderful. I am not terribly impressed with Vrbo. I feel like we over paid for them. Why do they tell you that there will be shampoo in the bathrooms and then not stock it. But I knew this from last year, when I asked them if they really did stock shampoo and the agent ,who I believe lived in Salt Lake and did not want to spend any time in Deer Valley, replied "Oh yes, we have Shampoo and conditioner in wall containers in each Shower." Well that was true of the first floor bathroom but not the upstairs baths which we used. In other words he had not even bothered to go upstairs. Not a big deal and I went ahead and packed some in my Husbands truck as he drove. But it was the principal. After we got to the condo my daughter wanted to check with the agent before we turned on the water in the condo. I called and got sombody that asked why I was calling so that he could connect me to the right place. In the mean time my daughter saw a framed info sheet on how to contact our agent. So I hung up and she dialed the number on sheet. The guy answered right away and said that his company had not been the managing agent for a couple of years. So why was his info still there. Anyway, he answered our question. Also, I do not know who should have taken care of it, but there were two of your personal closets on the bottom floor that were not locked. Anyway, we had a wonderful time and no big issues and the communication from you, the owner was wonderful.

Thank you, Ann. Your comments are very helpful. I'm sorry for the lack of shampoo in the bathroom. I am addressing this situation today with my property manager. When we are expecting guests, we make sure that the heat is turned up and the water is flowing. I'm unsure as to why your daughter wanted to check with the agent before you and your family turned on the water. Have you had a bad experience in the past with water flow or poor water quality? The manager information left on the counter was outdated. I take full responsibility for that. Yet I'm happy they were able to answer your questions. We left that firm about 2 years ago - mid-season no less - due to inept property management and pricing that was out-of-control. Thank you for alerting me to "personal closets" being unlocked. That, too, will be addressed. I have one closet that contains cleaning supplies and extra towels. That closet remains unlocked. The other two closets house owner items, such as skis, a bike, fishing supplies, ski poles, hiking shoes, fishing equipment, extra supplies and a few winter clothing items. There are also outdoor furniture items for use on the outside desk in the summer. No matter what, your comments are very, very helpful to me. Thank you for taking the time to write this narrative. I hope you will consider coming back to our unit. I will make sure there is PLENTY of shampoo and conditioner. Sandra O'Donnell

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed this condo with another couple. It was very clean, gorgeously bright (those windows and view!!) and had everything we needed for the week, from bath supplies to kitchen ware. Communication with the owner was excellent and we highly recommend this property.

We had a truly wonderful time at this property. We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and found this one to be well stocked, exceptionally clean and super comfortable. The views are amazing and the house is prettier than the pictures show.
