Fairlane #9 | Repose Stay

Summary:

Welcome to Fairlane #9! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! The Fairlane apartment building has been a staple of the Capital Region International Airport for over 40 years. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the middle level of the building. We had a blast setting this one up. We hope you like it :)



The Space:

- Coin Laundry Wash on garden level



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Coin operated washer and dryer located on the first floor.



The Neighborhood:

Directly across from the airport! Theres a dollar general along with a few beverage/corner stores within a half mile of the apartment!



Getting Around:

- Uber

- Lyft

- Taxis



Other Things to Note:

-The shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor.

-Extra towels and sheets available on request.



We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

*We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*

We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.
