2 Bedroom Condo with Ocean View in Luxury Resort in Nuevo Nayarit

Our two-bedroom condo is located on the grounds of Marival Distinct Luxury Residences, located in Nuevo Nayarit, Riviera Nayarit, just 15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The condo, which has a living space of 1675 square feet, is in the main building on the fifth floor which gives you a beautiful view of Banderas Bay. The condo is fully equipped including televisions, microwave, stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Amenities include pools, hot tub, fitness centre, tennis court, restaurants, bar and spa. The rooftop restaurant Insu is ranked by Trip Advisor as the fifth best restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta. At the beach there are lounge chairs, where you can sit by an infinity pool or on the beach. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Mozzamare restaurant where you can sit at the restaurant or be served at the beach. We own this unit. This is not a time-share so we have far more flexibility than those renting their time shares. The daily rate does not include the all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are paid directly to Marival Distinct. However, you do not have to do the all-inclusive plan and can pay the menu rates. The fees vary depending on the time of the year. Please note the cleaning fee of $25 is per night.

Darlene’s condo at Marival Distinct was absolutely the best! The view was heavenly. Perfect spot to watch the sunset! Ammenities at resort was wonderful. Condo fully equipped. Darlene was excellent t in communication. Master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. My son would have preferred a softer bed in guest room, but it was fine. Darlene was quick to respond to messages, including getting status of laundry detergent from cleaning lady. We loved it here and were so sad to leave. He Would definitely stay again!! See you soon Nuevo Vallarta!

Senior spring break

We had an amazing stay. The accommodations were fantastic and Darlene was amazing with communicating. Victoria was super sweet to come every day to tend to the property. This was a great trip for our family and super appreciative of all of the conveniences.. Having the option of Diananot being all inclusive was fabulous!!

We really enjoyed staying at this resort in this condo. It was clean and had everything you need. The housekeeper came daily and did a super job. The resort restaurants had good food but service was a little slow. We would defintely come back.

This listing did not disappoint. The host was very responsive. The oceanview from the large balcony was stunning. The accomodation was quite spacious. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The restaurants on site were good but taking a taxi to other restaurants nearby and venturing out to the Malcom and Bucerias did not disappoint. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay. However, I hope that going forward both the dryer and dishwasher will be functioning. I'm assuming that the owners took care of both after we left. That was the only issue with our stay. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. The owner were proactive with anythig we needed

It’s better then the pictures!

This condo is amazing and the view takes your breath away when you walk in. We loved everything about it. For Celiacs- a tip is to buy more food at a grocery store and bring some small packaged condiments. The resort doesn’t have a lot of gluten free options.

This unit is beautifully maintained and located in an amazing family-friendly resort. The hosts are very responsive with any questions you might have in planning your trip, and with answering any questions about things that might arise during your stay. The view off the balcony is amazing. Compared to all-inclusive stays we’ve had at other resorts, it was really nice to have the space for our family of 4: 2 bedrooms (with 2 separate double beds, one for each kid so they didn’t have to share!) and two bathrooms. The in-suite laundry meant not needing to pack more than a carry on. Daily housekeeping with Victoria was appreciated. By staying with these hosts in this unit, we were able to enjoy an “all inclusive” style vacation without having to pay all the food and beverage costs up front which is very appealing if you don’t plan to consume a lot of alcohol. We purchased all meals and beverages of our choosing almost exclusively off the menu a la carte which led to substantial savings. We were also able to explore a couple of restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta without feeling obliged to have all our meals at the resort. The resort’s vibe is low-key, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind, but likely best suited to couples or families with younger children. Teenagers however may struggle to find things to do here (our 15 year old son would have appreciated more organized activities for kids his age). Overall would highly recommend!!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice and roomy. It was accurately described. The only item that I would suggest improving is that the amenities on the VRBO site did not include details such as hair dryer and coffee maker being available. I ended up packing a hair dryer. I would have brought my own coffee grounds, if I had known there was a coffee maker, etc. But other wise, really good stay. Housekeeping and other services were good. Definitely will stay again. Thank you!

Great condo and resort

We loved our vacation at the Marival distinct luxury residences over the holidays. The condo is as advertised and very comfortable and large. The food at the resort was very good. We loved Mozza Mare Restaurant and the Insu Skybar for suppers. Breakfast we cooked ourselves in the condo after getting groceries at a nearby supermarket. Great property and relaxing family friendly resort but also good for couples if you are okay with noisy kids at the pool/restaurants. We’d love to stay again! The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a fantastic vacation and would recommend this property.
