This lovely 1 bed + Bunk room, 1.5 bath unit has 9 ft ceilings and a large balcony for relaxing after a long day at the beach!  Step out onto your balcony in the morning to see and hear the soothing waves of the Gulf!  You will not have to fight over beds in this unit, there is plenty of room for everyone! It includes a king-sized bed in the bedroom, 2 sleeper sofas in the living room, and a set of bunk beds!  You can sleep up to 6 people in this spacious one bedroom!  The fully equipped kitchen features stunning granite countertops and is perfect for nights in creating delicious, home-cooked meals with your family. Shores of Panama is an incredible destination, with North Florida's largest lagoon pool and pool deck, beachside hot tub, indoor pool and hot tub, and poolside grill and bar! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee ranges from $65–$115, depending on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies based on occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via an email titled "Shores of Panama Guest Registration Link." Please check in at the Shores of Panama front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, this fee is subject to change, as it is set by the onsite HOA*

Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool, and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Guests are able to reserve a beach bonfire through Light Me Up Beach Bonfires for an additional fee. Make Shores of Panama your next beach vacation!

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk set up in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6 pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to the bicycles, and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. A helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, and ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
