You’ll be staying in your own elegant, fully-furnished upstairs oversized unit. Very spacious with 1250 square feet open floor plan. Completely private with a separate entrance. Enjoy the peaceful wooded view from your courtyard. Your private unit is near City Lake where you can hike, fish and kayak. Located off Interstate 40, only minutes from downtown, TTU (Tennessee Tech University), and delicious restaurants.

Very spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a living room and fully equipped kitchen. The property is set up for long term stays or a long weekend.
Master Bedroom Suite has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV and office desk. Large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and washer/dryer.
Bathroom: Full tub/shower, is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
WiFi: High-Speed WiFi available throughout.
Courtyard: Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the courtyard. Several tables and chairs are provided. This is a residential community and the courtyard is shared, so it is important that you follow the property rules out of respect for the local residents as well as other guests at the property.
Shared Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Please do not block anyone in as this is a shared parking lot. Please park in the driveway parking lot and enter through your private door entrance.
Your vacation property consists of a duplex with an upper and lower unit as well as a guest house. Your oasis apartment is the upper unit of the duplex.
You will also find many conveniences included in the home:

Quiet Hours: 10pm- 8am
Please bring your own wood/supplies if you would like to enjoy the firepit and charcoal grill.

If house rules and checkout instructions are not followed, then guests will be charged additional fees at checkout.

This lake and natural area, located off Bridgeway Drive, is a favorite spot among fishermen seeking catfish, bass and bream. Kayakers glide across the 35-acre lake as well. A short trail takes walkers past a historic structure toward the invigorating sight of cascading waters.
