Pleasant and Relaxing Stay.

Our stay was very relaxing and the place was clean and quiet, but a bit far from Disney Parks. One point to make is about guest visits and the need to have their names submitted prior to their visits. Wish we knew the process ahead of time.

Excellent rental property

The home is beautiful, had all we needed especially as we had kids. Big rooms with two beds in two rooms provided extra space and sleeping areas for the kids. Lots of green area, and the playground opposite the house was an added bonus.

Quiet & Restful

We really enjoyed the stay. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a fantastic view of the golf course. If I had any critical observation, it would be it was a little short on the small amenities that we’ve come to enjoy with VRBO stays Things like more of than enough soaps, lotions, garbage bags & laudry cdeter

Nice place

The bedroom is missing part of the blind on the slider door. The 5:30 am working on the golf course with the lights woke us up every morning.

Nice place for our stay

Communication was good. Cleanliness was ok. Overall house and furnishings were good. The modern furnishings look nice, but didn’t have a “homey” feel. Location in Champions Gate is great. Lots around the area and not that far from Disney or Universal. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Stay at Champions Gate

Stay was very nice but primary bedroom should have room darkening window coverings and not plastic vertical blinds with 6 missing vanes. Food packaging and soda tins found under two beds, hence cleaning may be an issue. All told, pretty quiet and nice overall.

Disney Trip

Honestly, it is such a great location, especially for food & groceries! Very family friendly neighborhood. It's not really convenient for kids/infants regarding the bathroom situation. Only one tub (master bedroom) wouldn't be a problem if both showers came with detachable shower heads for the kids. Water pressure was also low. Light stains on the floor, probably from previous guests. Overall rooms, kitchen, and living room were clean. Wouldn't mind staying here again! A 30 min drive to Magic Kingdom (if that)!!Miscellaneous stuff: more household items, we couldn't find extra trash bags.

when you arrived the home had a very strong odor. Cleanliness was very poor, Under the 2nd bedroom beds were beer cans and dirty socks. No additional toilet paper.First bedroom comforter had blood stains.

Good not great

We arrived to our place and it appeared it wasn’t fully cleaned. After communication back and fourth we were compensated for the cleaning fee. There is a washer and dryer but you need your own soap, no extra toilet paper or paper towel so you may want to grab some along with coffee filters and cleaning spray. The tvs we couldn’t totally figure out but were able to cast from our phones. We loved the spacious place and the amount of rooms! The pool (2 miles away) was very nice with the lazy river.

The condo itself is terrific! It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bed was fantastic! I can't say enough about the unit, other than there were no cushions for the outside furniture and I got no response when I asked about it. Responses to a couple of other questions were promptly received. The issue is the actual community itself. It is lovely. The amenities are great. We had fun. However, the complex is huge and not everything is within easy reach of where you might be staying. For example, the playground is across the street from the unit. That is great. However, we enjoyed using the pool, but it was over 2 miles away from the actual unit we were in. Other amenities (i.e. the theater) were in the same building as the pool. Everything is available, but not overly accessible, especially by foot. It worked for us as an adult couple, but may not be all that family friendly if you want to be near the fun stuff. If you aren't going for the pool, you can't go wrong by this condo.

We loved everything

The only thing I wish we had known was that this unit was on the second floor. We would have rented another unit because I have knee issues and stairs are an issue, if we had known but the place was amazing still.
