The Best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the fact that this unit is not in a high rise building and that access to the beach is right out the door. Also, we appreciate working with a local property management office rather than an online rental service.the only thing that would make it better is if it allowed dogs. It’s hard to find doggy care for a month

Parking is our ONLY complaint. My truck or my sister suv could not fit into the garage and there isn’t much space for parking in the lot. The place was fantastic and views were lovely from both balconies. Great location and not to busy on the beach! Love and hope to stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was clean and in good repair. The chairs on the deck were somewhat rusty and peeling. The complex is in good condition. There was a piece of plywood below the steps leading to the beach which in my opinion is a safety hazard, especially if not wearing shoes. The views of the beach from balcony were great!

Our Own Private Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was a last-minute substitution for the one we had originally booked. I wasn't happy hearing that we couldn't have the unit we were planning on but Russell worked with me and moved our reservation to the Seahorse. The location was perfect! It has direct access from our unit onto the beach. On our first night there, however, we discovered that the sliding door to the shower in the master suite was defective, we reported it the next day and they offered to send someone over to fix it. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to the same unit same time next year.

Great condo in great location. Everything you need for your stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in another unit at the Seahorse for many years until it sold and no longer available. Unit B was a great replacement for our family of 6. Peg Leg Pete’s in walking distance is a great perk. Stunning views of the Gulf is at your back door. Short walk to beach plus elevator is a plus. Bunk beds in hall are adorable if you have children. Carpet in bedrooms should be replaced due to wear and dirty. Unit is beautifully decorated and everything worked. Will rent again. My star ratings are because of carpet condition. Would have been all 5.

Widow Recoup & Fam Fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED that there were ALL KING BEDS!! Loved the size of the bedrooms. CUTE “hall bunky”, lived that there was an insert to store phones/etc. Lived the proximity to the beach, Peg Leg Pete’s & Grand Marlin. *I asked 2 people abt steps bc my aunt can’t navigate many without pain. Y’all said 6-8, for sure. Not so... The deck steps were 14. The steps at elevator end were 6 down then 5 up to walk to beach. I know it doesn’t affectmost of us but it does affect her and we were helping her get over her BAD yr. Otherwise, lovely beach, GREAT AC, pretty decor, especially upstairs. Will be back with our immediate fam of 7.

We appreciate your feedback as well and we certainly apologize for the lack of knowledge about the amount of steps. We don't normally count steps at a property but we will make note for any future questions. We love this place! This is the 2nd year we rented and find it so fun. Not too fancy and very comfortable for our multi-generational family. We enjoyed every minute. We have a toddler and a 5 year old child accompanying our grown children. Because it is right on the beach and we don't have to cross a busy street several times daily, it was perfect for us. The 5 year old loved the "secret hide-away" bunk room. Hoping to return again.
