Cozy North Seattle 1-Bedroom with Private Patio Near Park Hiking Trails
Charming, cozy 1-bedroom hideaway in the NW Seattle neighborhood of Crown Hill, with easy access to all the best Seattle has to offer. Includes private outdoor patio, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining seats at kitchen bar, and bathroom.
We have all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home: full kitchen, 3/4 bath, Cal King bed with Purple pressure-relieving mattress, small private patio, natural stone countertops, 2 large screen HD TVs (one in bedroom and one living room, each wired to the internet and local channels, plus all-new appliances (including washer and dryer) await. Trailhead to Carkeek Park and beach, busline, and grocery store within walking distance. Free off-street parking included (for one vehicle) on the paved driveway just adjacent to the entrance to the apartment. Please note: The gravel area to the right of the driveway is parking for the other (upper floor) unit on the same property, not this unit.
This 1-bedroom space is on the ground floor and can sleep up to 4 people. The living room sofa folds out into a full-size sleeper so the home can accommodate up to 4 people. High speed WiFi internet and all utilities provided.
All-new patio at entrance has awning above and there is a privacy wall so area is not visible from the street. Outdoor table, chairs and a gas grill provided. Glass doors allow a lot of extra daylight in, with shades for nighttime privacy. Full kitchen has all your essentials like cookware, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and utensils. There is a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, plus counter space. There are stools at the breakfast bar as a dining area. All cabinets and marble countertops are brand new.
Located just 10 minutes from the lively Ballard, Greenwood & Phinney neighborhoods, 15 minutes from Northgate, and just 20 minutes from Downtown Seattle. Location is only 3 blocks from a major shopping center with a QFC supermarket. Additional nearby grocery stores include Metropolitan Market and Grocery Outlet. Close to Woodland Park Zoo, Golden Gardens Park, Shilshole Bay, Ballard Locks, and much more. Nearby restaurants listed below. The trailhead into Carkeek Park hiking trails (with beach access & wetlands) is just a 1/2 mile away. More details on the Park below.

BEAUTIFUL CARKEEK PARK BEACH, WETLANDS & TRAILS
For those who want to explore the woods or beach, our cottage is just a half-mile walk to the Piper's Creek Trailhead South McAbee Entrance, part of the large, forested Carkeek Park and Piper's Creek watershed. The trail provides access to the entire park, which has a 3.2 mile loop trail through forest, wetland & apple orchard, with views and landscapes that change, culminating is access to Carkeek's expansive Puget Sound beach with views of the Olympic mountains and Bainbridge Island. Beautiful views can also be found at Golden Gardens Park near Shilshole Bay, which offers walking trails and picnic areas.
