The heart of the home is the outdoor experience. Relax in the newly built pool featuring heating, cooling, and water features, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and an entertainment area perfect for gathering after a day on the water. Head up to the rooftop deck for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, and sweeping island views.

Inside, the home offers classic island charm with comfortable, well-maintained interiors. The great room features soaring 13-foot ceilings, abundant natural light, and a fully stocked kitchen ideal for shared meals. With four bedrooms, four en-suite bathrooms, a loft, and open living spaces, the home is perfect for families and groups to relax together without feeling crowded.

There are no large grocery stores on the island, so planning ahead is part of the experience — and we’re happy to help.

🚤 Getting Here
Reaching North Captiva is part of the adventure. Guests arrive by scheduled ferry or private water taxi from Pine Island. Detailed arrival instructions and ferry recommendations are provided after booking, and we’re always available to assist with planning.
