Hard to find the condo as signage was confusing. However place was spacious, had everything we needed. Very close to pool hot tub facilities and bus shuttle route to town and the mountain for skiing.

It was great! The property is in a neat area right next to keystone tennis club but still with access across the board. Also plenty of room and beautiful views for all of us at all time.

The property was beautiful and loved that both bedrooms had their own private bath. The home was fully stocked and everything worked. It was clean and quiet. I would certainly stay again! I did take me a while to find the unit, but once I did, it was awesome.

responsive

off season stay, shower did not have hot water on the first day of a two-night stay. Needs a modern can opener; we (including the service technician) couldn't figure out the 1950's model. Convenient gas, grocery, and liquor store is a short walk away. Management was very responsive and friendly. 5 minute walk to the convention center on a paved trail.

Check-in was extremely stressful and poorly managed. I was instructed by both email and text to retrieve the keys and welcome packet from a lockbox, but when we arrived, the lockbox was empty. Repeated calls to the emergency number went unanswered, leaving me stranded in the parking lot with my children. After multiple attempts through Vrbo and the emergency line, I finally reached someone who told me I was supposed to use a door code—information that was never provided in the original instructions.To make matters worse, the unit was difficult to locate due to poor signage. I had to leave my kids in the car and walk up and down a side walk with a flashlight to find the right unit. When I contacted the management company, they were not very sympathetic or helpful. Their responses were brief, lacked professionalism, and did little to resolve the situation or acknowledge the stress it caused. Overall, it was a very frustrating and upsetting start to our stay.

Stay away, we got bed bugs in this property.

First off, the condo's location is great, and the layout and first-level entry was nice to have. The condo definitely needs updating and new carpet and furnishings, gross, stains everywhere. We overlooked this really enjoyed our stay and would of left a positive review. Now for the really bad, my 11 year old son came home covered in bed bugs, he slept in the downstairs lower bunk bed. We took him to the Doctor when we got home and she confirmed these were bed bug bites, and he had the lines of bites that are very common with bed bugs. Contacted the property manager once we got home, he was very quick to dismiss this claim and said it looked like allergies. My son has no allergies to date, not even seasonally allergies. He also had conflicting stories of who he sent over to check out the condo. Eventually, they said they had Orkin sent out, and no bed buds were found, the Orkin paperwork looked shady and they could have thrown away the mattress and cleaned up before they had out Orkin inspect. Needless to say, stay somewhere else, there are plenty of nice, clean spaces in Keystone, also stay away from SkyRun Vacation rentals if you want good service and clean places!

Hi Luke thanks for the review. As soon as you reached out to us we went and evaluated the unit with a black light for detecting things like this as well as a physical examination. After not finding any signs at all of any bed bugs we contacted Orkin and paid for them to send a professional in this field out to see if they could find anything. They said in full confidence that there were 100% no signs of any bed bugs. If you would like to contact orkin directly because you think the paperwork is shady feel free, as i can guarantee you nothing shady is going on. We did not throw away the mattress or any of the bedding before they got there. Sorry if somewhere along the line during your travelling your child came in contact with something but i can guarantee it was not at this property. Needless to say if there were any findings indicating you were correct about this accusation we would 100% have given you a full refund.

Beautiful property closest to Keystone

Very cozy and accommodating townhouse very close to River Run. We loved the appointments, appliances, bathrooms. Property is immaculately maintained. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great while on vacation. Only issue is that the water heater has a smaller than usual capacity for a place that is supposed to hold 8 people. No issues if you time showers in groups of 4, so I am nitpicking here. Great spot for someone looking to ski in Keystone.
