Welcome to Marathon, home of the best fishing town in the Middle Keys. This home has an incredible 120ft boat dockage, able to fit any boat size. By water 5 min. to the Atlantic and 10 min. to the Gulf thru 7-Mile Bridge. Didn't have time for breakfast before full day of boating? Dock your boat at Burdines Waterfront restaurant for a quick brunch before boating out. In the evening, sit back and enjoy your waterfront sunset views or kayak in the harbor to catch a glance of dolphins and manatees.

We have a large parking area for you to bring your boat trailer. There are also steps that leads into the canal for easy kayak launch. If you look closely near the steps, you'll see schools of fishes glimmering around the shallow parts of the canal. The outdoor dining space for 10 and charcoal grill is perfect for grill out.

We are pet-friendly home but there is a pet fee associated. Please contact us to pet fee inquiry!

The living room has 55 inch Smart TV with Comcast cable, with superfast 150MBPS internet speed. Living room futon is convertible to lay flat for additional sleeping space. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a super spacious double shower.

Laundry and washer available inside the home.

Guest can check in with a door code provided on the day of check-in for contactless check-in.

Marathon offers Sombrero Beach, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle hospital, and great snorkeling spots. If you feel like a good kayaking session, you can paddle to Sombrero Beach in 1.5 hours from your dock through Boot Key Harbor

City of Marathon requires signed rental agreement for all guests stay. We will send a link before your check-in date for electronic signature of the rental agreement.
