Guests stay on the ground floor of a clean, newly renovated beach-friendly home. The space is "beachy chic" with tile throughout and an open layout. The living area also opens onto a private, tropical backyard paradise. There are two bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, and a bonus area with a queen-sized futon and all are fitted with high-count cotton sheets.

Guests have access to the ground floor, salt water pool, hot tub, covered BBQ grill, shaded outdoor tiki lounge, a hammock, sun loungers, pool toys and floats, a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a washer & dryer. If you're into peace and relaxation, this is the spot.

The home is located in a safe, friendly, eclectic beach community.

You can catch the "Sunshine Bus" (public transportation) on A1A, which is 1 block from LunaSea Beach House. There are 2 free on-site parking spots and a free parking area across the street. You can take a short Uber ride downtown or ask the owners where the best place to park for free is.

St. Augustine is the nation’s oldest city and a top tourist destination any time of the year. There's spring break and summer vacation beach time, March through August. Fall and winter brings multiple festivals and the the "Nights of Lights" throughout the holiday season that runs from November to January. And of course our "Snowbird Season" in January and February where our neighbors to the north escape the most frigid weather for more temperate climates.
