Entire House - Relax and Ride at Grace Ranch

I was truly so sad for this family. We have been using a new cleaning service since January and they have done a great job, however they no showed on this job and I had to let them go. We’ve rented this property for two years and never had this happen and we’re very sad it happened to you. You did give some good ideas, I will definitely take a pic of the house pulled back from the outside. I’m sorry you felt misled. That is not our heart. We’ve definitely never stated this property is a farmhouse. I will look into each of your concerns. If there is a stain on the rug it must be new and we will definitely throw it out. The bedding was all bought brand new a year ago. We do frequently stay in this home ourselves and I’ve not seen a stain on it yet, replacing nice/in stained bedding seems a stretch. I will definitely look into the stain you saw when you stripped the bedding. On the toy situation. I do frequently go throw broken toys out, which there are always some from wear and tear of kids, it is however hard to believe they are all broke given the amount and nature of toys we have in the house. We often hear from families how glad they were for the toys. As far as the horse poop, The horses roam on about 100 acres in the spot where the house is, it is hard to imagine how the little spot where the play house was had enough poop to prevent play. However if any horse poop at all is too much then this is probably not the rental for you, this is definitely a real country experience. I’m also not sure on the smells in the kitchen and bathroom because that is not typical. There is a room off the master that is gutted out and used for storage, we do hope to put a new bathroom in there in the next year, but have just not been able to do that financially yet, that is why it is advertised as 1 bathroom and that room is locked. There is some bubbling in the floor from all the rain we had over the last year, I do take issue with the idea that it feels like you could fall through the floor. That feels like a very big misrepresentation of reality. The floor has some bubbling in a couple places, but is completely solid. Again, we’re very sorry about your experience, we were very frustrated too.
