Gulf Shores, Alabama is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options. This condo has a reserved garage for guest use; a parking pass must be purchased.
3. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The condo was great and in a great location. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The parking situation was a little frustrating. The listing made it sound like the garage parking was included (free), but had to pay 50 and then we had to pay an additional 60 for our second car. The process trying to get the second car registered to park was complicated. The lady at the front desk was giving me a hard time about parking 2 cars at first, even though I was told differently over the phone by several people. It eventually got sorted out, and overall had a great trip.

We’re sorry the parking process caused frustration during your arrival. Parking policies are determined by the building HOA, and they use an online parking system where guest vehicles are pre-registered and paid parking passes are required for all vehicles on site. While the garage is available for guest use, vehicles are still required to have a valid parking pass. This information is included in the personalized digital guestbook sent at booking, and we encourage all guests to review it thoroughly so they feel prepared before arrival. It does sound like there may have been some confusion at the front desk regarding the parking availability for this condo, and we’re glad it was ultimately sorted out. We appreciate you staying with us and would love to welcome you back for another great trip!

Spring Break

First time staying in Gulf Shores with our family. Nothing better than staying right on the beach—super convenient location close to shopping and favorite food stops. Travel to Alligator Alley, mini golf, the Yard, Lamberts to name a few— was only a short drive away—even visited the Florida/Alabama border and Orange Beach. Spent time enjoying the views provided by the condo’s balcony. Would overall recommend this vacation stay!!

The beach view was beautiful and the pool was clean and heated. The condo exterior building is older and dated. Building employees smoke in lawn chairs on the ground floor (it's in an outside corridor) and the smell stuck to our clothes when we used the outside steps. Our keypad code didn't work upon arrival, but the customer service person was very helpful to quickly fix it. The condo company only supplies one roll of toilet paper per bathroom upon arrival/ we had a little conflict because the rolls were half used upon arrival and our request for additional toilet paper was denied and that customer service rep was incredibly rude. One of the bathrooms was missing hand soap upon arrival and it took two days for the Quality Assurance Inspector to provide us with hand soap. The kitchen didn't have basic spices, non-stick spray for the oven, so just be prepared to bring everything you need, including trash bags. Also, the parking pass for the condo was a surprise- I think 60 for a couple nights. Overall, the location was great and close to restaurants that we could walk too.

Regarding arrival and in-stay items, your personalized digital guestbook includes helpful details to prepare for your trip, including what’s stocked in the condo. We provide a small set of starter amenities (like paper products and toiletries) to get guests through the first night or so, and guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. For health, cleanliness, and safety, we don’t leave perishable items such as spices or oils in the unit. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear the overall location and setting made for an enjoyable trip. We’d welcome the opportunity to host you again.

Beautiful view and clean property!

Very nice condo with a beautiful view- wall of windows. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins. Has a nice large dining room table area to sit and eat and play games with family. Excellent location, close to many stores, restaurants. I'm very picky about cleanliness and this condo was exceptional. Had a minor issue with the water heater, but property manager responded promptly and had it fixed within a couple hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this condo! Everything was within walking distance. Right on the beach! I will say the only draw back was the garage size . If you have a larger vehicle (we were in an expedition) the parking garage is extremely tight. You always have the ability to pay for additional parking.

Family Vacation

Our family vacation, family of 8, was absolutely wonderful. Unit 401 was exceptional! They had everything so nice, clean, and ready for us. The view was breathtaking from our living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony. The only negative for us was parking, because we had to take 2 vehicles. And at this current time only one vehicle was allowed to be parked on the property.

Very nice condo, however floors were not very clean Garage had no remote and very heavy to open and close. Finally broke lose from track and had to leave open when we left Also reported problem with shower and was never fixed

Place was amazing! Clean, great location, and beautifully decorated.

Wonderful! Our kids loved it, including our 16 year old. Aging parents also came and loved it as well! We'd go back. Only issue was with check in. Our first two door codes did not work and we were going back and forth with rental agency for about half an hour before getting in the door. But things happen sometimes. Folks involved were very friendly.
