STUNNING LAKEFRONT RETREAT! Beautiful Lake Antioch. Beautiful large kitchen / gathering area equipped with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. Watch beautiful sunsets from your spacious 20×40 deck with luxurious resort style furniture. Enjoy the private beach area and pier, two Kayaks and a paddleboat. You'll have outstanding fishing and swimming. Walking distance to town and the best restaurants and bars, live music and concerts in the park. Winter months offer the best ice fishing around, snowmobiling, and Wilmot/Vail ski resort only 15 min drive. 4500 sq ft.

This home lacks for nothing. Six + seat lower level bar, (former bar from the world famous Cubby Bear in Chicago), full size Brunswick pool table, 50 inch TV, full size fridge, dishwasher, full bathroom and plenty of seating and gathering room.
The main floor boasts a wide open floor plan with a 55 inch TV, stone gas fireplace, plenty of seating, dining room that seats 8, large granite kitchen counters, and a wetbar. There's also a beautiful four season sun room with floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors that can be opened up to give the room an open porch feel. There's a giant foyer entrance, a powder room and a large mud room where shoes and coats and gear can be kept. There's also a spacious laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Upstairs are four roomy bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite has large windows with lake views, a stone gas fireplace, a 40 inch TV, and a large bathroom with double sinks and huge walk in shower! Two of the other three bedrooms have magnificent lake views. The third full bathroom has double sinks also.
The lower level has a beautiful bar that includes a full size fridge, dishwasher, sink and tons of bar space, counter space, cabinets and a great view of the lake. There's also a full size Brunswick pool table, Couches, 50'' TV, day bed that sleeps two and a full bath!
In the warmer months there is a pier on beautiful Lake Antioch with cozy adirondack chairs perfect for fishing, or enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine. The new firepit is great for evening gatherings.
The huge 20x40 deck has a spectacular view over the lake and is perfect for relaxing outside or even hosting a game of corn hole!

Being able to communicate with the property manager is very important when renting with VRBO. Upon arrival the entry code did not allow us to enter the property…I emailed George and he provided us with the garage code so we could unload and get settled. We are sports fans and planned to watch Big 10 conference playoff games but the Direct TV wasn’t working. This issue was remedied when the property managers son come to fix the front door entry code. He purchased a Roku stick and we were able to mirror our accounts. We appreciate the efforts put forth in taking care of these issues! The house served our purpose with ample space, well stocked kitchen and good location. Although we didn’t use the outdoors (March rental) the property would be a 10 for a summer retreat! We would consider renting again if needed!

This is our 2nd time visiting the house and we love it !!! Aside for struggling with the remotes, everything was perfect . We spent a lot of time by the water fishing and kayaking, grilling on the patio, and playing pool in the basement. We will be back next fall!

Stayed here with a group to celebrate a birthday and check out the Bristol Renaissance Fair - only 15 minutes away! Great location right on the lake with kayaks and paddle boats available to use. In general, we enjoyed the stay and the convenience of the location. We got great use out of the grill and fire pit.The ice machine on the fridge was broken and the fridges were not wiped out. One of the pullout mattresses had visible stains on it. 4 stars for cleanliness, 5 stars for everything else.

This home is as comfortable and well equipped as described, with a very "homey" feel that is easy to settle into. Given its location, and the surrounding area, you may be deceived to think that its in more of a neighborhood or busy more urban location. It's quite the contrary. Once you've entered the home, and are out on the beautiful property, you are in your own private oasis that could be located in any North woods location. It's quiet and peaceful the entire stay, be it on the large deck or sitting down on the peaceful pier watching the sun set. Definitely a home to come back to.

This property is beautiful!!! Very spacious and plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms are all great sizes with room for pack n plays. Beautiful view of the lake! The kitchen was very stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware and your basic cooking needs.

We designed this home and raised our children here. We love it. These days we spend a lot of time in Florida and that's why we put this home on VRBO. We think you'll love it. It's big and open and great for entertaining. You'll find that there are a lot of spots to relax. The area is packed with things to do. Many within walking distance. We hope you enjoy our home!

The beautiful view of the lake is only the beginning. There's so much to do including: A private beach and pier, two Kayaks, and a paddleboat. Outstanding fishing. Walking distance to town and the best restaurants and bars, live music and concerts in the park. Winter months offer the best ice fishing around along with snowmobiling, and Wilmot/Vail ski resort only a15 minute drive away. 4500 sq feet of living space. The path to the north of the house is about 50 feet long and there is tons of stuff within walking distance. There's a large liquor store, Walgreens, McDonald's, KFC, Taco Bell, Chinese food, Bars, Restaurants, Movie Theater, shopping, Dairy Queen, Dunkin Donuts, and a park with a band shell.
There's tons more only a few minutes away including Walmart, boat rentals for the Chain of Lakes / Fox River and more. Drive four miles and take the ferry to Blarney Island - Key west of the Midwest! They have the best live bands along with food and drink and are open until 2am!
On Lake Antioch, (our lake), the fishing is excellent! The water by our beach is shallow and great for kids. Only electric motors are allowed. The deepest point in the lake is only twelve feet deep so we occasionally have lily pads and seaweed in the water.
