This spacious home, great for entertaining an extended family or large group, offers an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen featuring two dishwashers, ample space for cooking, a center island, six bar stools and a dining table that seats 10. Five decks, community paths and a playing field directly behind the house. The first level offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a TV/lounging area and many games for entertainment - great for children! The second level features the kitchen with an adjacent screened porch, living room and office area. On the top level, there are four master bedroom suites. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, 3 DVDs, ping pong table, books, board games, gas grill, Wifi. Plus, beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed).
