We had an absolutely incredible stay. The house was spacious and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pictures don’t do the pool justice, and the pool room truly felt like having our own private resort. The temperature in the pool room was perfect, even in November! The home also has a huge kitchen and large living rooms that aren’t even fully shown in the listing photos.Chad was fantastic, super responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful.We had an amazing trip and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

Loved this property, especially the indoor pool! It was so nice to be able to swim inside after having a hot day at the beach. The property owner was great to deal with and we had no issues with communication. Everyone unanimously agreed they want to come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. The pool was a highlight and the large yard was perfect for games of kickball. Thank you to Chad for being a wonderful host.

The property was amazing. I had organized a long golf weekend for 14 guys and we had a blast. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Also there is a 6th bedroom in the detached converted garage that I don’t believe was even pictured on the posting. The roof top deck was amazing having cigars on a clear night. The pool and hot tub room has a nice tv where we were able to relax and catch the Phillies game. The vibes were great all weekend and we’re thrilled with our stay!

This property was amazing. The indoor pool and spa were a huge hit, especially on the few days we had rain. The walk to the beach was lovely. There was plenty of space for our entire group. We're hoping to reserve this property again.

We loved this house. Clean, exactly as described and the host responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions. The pool is amazing along with the billiards room. Tons of options for sleeping, gathering and four bathrooms is a huge plus!!

Perfect Friends Trip

This property is amazing! The house is clean and well-maintained. Obviously the highlight of the property is the indoor pool and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful and was the perfect hangout for our adult friends trip. The Ocean View area has plenty of restaurants and bars to visit and the house was so great we made sure to be back plenty early enough to enjoy it to the fullest. The owner was easy to connect with and very accommodating!

What a great holiday house! Great location near Bethany beach, lots of different spaces for kid and adults, and the indoor pool was perfect for all ages. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. We had no issues and loved our time there!

"If you can't find something to do, you're not trying."

The title above is a comment from my 16 year old grandson. There were 16 family members(age 8 to 74) in our group and I never once heard complaints of being bored The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, perfect for social interaction and still allows alone time for those that need it. The pool was wonderful and the surrounding furnishing were so comfortable that it was a favorite place to hang out and talk. The location is lovely, quiet and within walking distance of mini-golf and ice cream. Everyone agreed they would like to return in the future.

Perfect family getaway!

Our family has been going to Bethany Beach for the last 5 years, but this year was one of the most special years because of this house! It is the perfect house for families especially with young children. We swam in the pool for 4 days straight, enjoyed the game room, played on the playground and really enjoyed the walking path right in the backyard, Chad was a great host and communicated with us quickly whenever we needed something. Would definitely recommend this for a family getaway!

Perfect Long Weekend!

My three-generation family of 9 really enjoyed this roomy house! The large indoor pool was the hit of our stay. As the grandmother in the group, I appreciated the bedroom and bath on the main level. The kids loved the bikes, pinball machine and pool table. We look forward to returning next year!
