Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 3 Blu-rays, Keurig, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features ceramic tile throughout main living area. Lovely Stay

My family and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend. We loved our time in the Edgewater house. This was actually one of the best units we have stayed at in the SeaCony! Great location, super clean and had everything we needed. We were very happy here and of course the amenities at SeaCony are top notch. We will definitely stay here again. I recommended!

Relaxing Getaway

201 N Edgewater was everything we hoped for and more at Sea Colony. The amenities and staff went above and beyond for all of our needs. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire condo had that beach atmosphere. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Decor was very tasteful. The view was beautiful! Very convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery needs. Already planning our next trip in a few months.

Prime location at Sea Colony

This was a perfectly located spot for our quick trip to the beach. The condo faces the ocean and is steps from both the beach and the pool. There are beach chairs, toys and an umbrella available for use. You are walking distance from several restaurants and the beach. The only complaint we had is that there is no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. For the price we paid per night, there could have been a few more amenities provided but overall, this is a great place to stay, especially for families

Great location

Great location and roomy inside. The dishwasher is falling apart and the kitchen is majorly lacking in basics so don’t count on much cooking while you’re here. The unit was not cleaned well, especially the kitchen, which I had to wipe down all countertops, sink, cabinets, fridge, etc. Feeling thankful I brought Clorox wipes.

Worst ever

I've owned a condo at Sea Colony, recently rented there 10-15 times. Never have I stayed at a unit like this. Take it off the market, you hurt your name. If it wasn't broken it had crud on it.

Excellent Stay at Sea Colony

This condo exceeded our expectations as previous reviews were just OK for this unit, but we found 201 N Edgewater spacious and comfortable with a large deck that had great views of the ocean. It was well equipped with everything we needed, nicely decorated and furnished and just really perfect for 2-4 people.

This unit has potential. There’s a lot of living space but the until was dirty. Decor is outdated and dusty. The dish washer was so rusted that we were afraid to use it. The showers were dirty and were chipping. Coffee maker and toaster were broken.

Great location and amenities

The apartment is located at the second floor which is convenient during the pandemic due to the high volume of people getting the elevator. There is a great space in the living room with connection to the dining area, kitchen and the balcony. The view is good, but partially blocked by the indoor pool roof. Overall the apartment was clean inside, however the balcony was a mess and very dirty, including the sliding doors. The mattresses are ok, but soon will need to be changes by new ones. Kitchen is fully equipped, which is good. Also the washing machine and dryer are very good and fully functional. We were never told we would need two extra batches that would give the whole family access to the beach and swimming pool, so we had to pay extra thw day after we arrived to avoid been stopped at the main entrance from the beach to the building (an annoying situation). We had a good time with the family on this apartment with small things that could make it even more pleasant as mentioned above.

Not clean

I’ve never checked into a place that was so dirty. On arrival we found popsicle drippings on the floor, hair all over the bathroom, dirty handprints on sliding glass door. On the balcony we found several pieces of chewed gum and an old bagel on the ground and an ashtray full of cigarettes. I called for a new cleaning, and my family left. When we returned at 8 pm the bathrooms and balcony were still filthy. My husband had to go to the store to purchase cleaning supplies so we could shower. We had to call and leave again the next day for another cleaning. In the meantime we found crumbs on the dining chairs and old food in the microwave. We did receive compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort.
