The view and location were perfect. Finding the parking spot was frustrating and the bed was uncomfortable, but the sofa bed was comfy. The place had amazing view and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.

Great beach getaway !

Amazing view, the amenities at sea colony are awesome. Beach was never too crowded, such a quick walk downstairs and up the ramp. Really nice place as well, cute setup, nice kitchen. For this unit specifically, the parking spot label on the pillar faces the back of the garage so I had to get out and look on the ground for our spot number, but once I found it it was easy to get to. We loved it and already want to plan another trip!!

I loved everything about this unit from the fabulous location and view, to the lovely decor and comfortable chairs. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed and the two bathrooms were so convenient. Hoping we can book this condo again, but I see it's already full for summer of 2025!

Fantastic property but 1 thingā€¦

Everything about the property is amazing except for one thing. Pros: the amazing view, proximity to everything - within walking distance, cleanliness of the condo as well as the Sea Colony grounds and beachā€¦all amazing. The only Com is the bed. It was terrible. It was like sleeping on concrete. My husband and I slept on the pull out couch our entire stay, which wasnā€™t that great but, 10x better than the bed. If the bed was comfortable this would be top notch 5 out of 5 stars.

Wonderful!

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday at Sea Colony. Booking went smoothly and when we had a question and called the number given to us, it was promptly answered. The condo was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna! We had a wonderful time walking on the beach, taking in the ocean view and relaxing in the condo. Thank you!

Immaculate condition. Would definitely consider going back. Great location. Great view of the beach. Well equipped kitchen, you might want to bring plastic storage bags, aluminum foil and kitchen trash bags. New washer and dryer. Great place to get away to and relax.

The most frustrating part of this trip was we continued to share that the coastal flooding and gale winds led us not to go at all. We continued to get communication disregarding we were not there!

First Time in Bethany Beach

This was our first time staying in Bethany Beach. We had been long time owners in Ocean City. It was nice staying in a quieter beach town. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The view was AMAZING!! We loved listening to the waves from the balcony, and our enjoyed our long walks on the beach in the mornings. We know everyone has a preference of mattress types, but the mattress in this unit was a bit hard for our liking. Many restless nights. Just a little friendly advice, please inform your guests when you turn the hot water heater off, so we donā€™t find out the hard way.

Good house, great view

The 1BR, 2 bathroom apartment was welcoming, great balcony with chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Easy access to beach and pool. The place was quiet, although it was August and lots of people at the beach. Well located for restaurants at Bethany and ocean city. Nice kitchen if youā€™d like prepare some food. I will consider going back again
