Appreciate the fast response and the level of care from the owner to check in with us during (and even after) our stay. The oceanfront view and being just steps from the beach were wonderful and made for easy days in the beach. The chair service was new for us and a welcome addition to the stay, also!

Great place! Awesome view of the beach! Condo was clean and had everything that we needed. I would recommend this unit, the owner is responsive to you immediately and is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Judith is a fantastic host! She is very easy to conduct business and very outgoing. Not only did she check on us the very first day, she checked on us during the week just to see if we needed anything. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the place. It’s very quiet and the home is so clean. Definitely would recommend Judith. We will be going back.

The condo was spotless. Bed was so comfortable. Balcony view was beautiful. Nice and quiet. Close to great restaurants. Host was wonderful. Had everything we needed. .Pool is great. We were the only ones there most days. Beach service included each day. We are already planning our trip for next May.

Location was perfect. Chair service came in handy. Constructive Criticism: No iron No Hair dryer No salt and pepper don’t need a spice rack but basic cooking spices would be helpful A few more paper products (towel and TT) Definitely would book again!

I am so sorry that you did not contact me. I make myself available for just such questions. There is a hair dryer and I could have let you know the location. There should be salt and pepper and if somehow there is not I would have had some delivered to have the opportunity for a 5 star review. We have only had 2 other requests for the iron so we share one between the condos that are next to each other. For anyone reading this review reply, if you would like an iron please let me know and we will make it happen. Thank you for staying and I will admit disappointment that I am learning of your items after your visit. Take care.

It was delightful to arrive to special wine to celebrate our retirement with a lovely note from Judy and John. Sitting on the deck in the evenings was pure delight. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning was wonderfully spoiling. We had everything we needed if we decided to have dinner in. The condo was supplied with everything we needed - coffee pods, towels, directions for food places, and a magazine filled with ideas that were available in the area. This was a wonderfully relaxing trip and we hated coming home.

Beautiful vacation for my family of 3. Janet is amazing and the condo is in a beautiful quiet location with the easy access to the beach and a pool. Condo was clean and beautiful inside. King size bed was comfortable.

There are reasons for the wonderful reviews of this rental. The unit was clean and comfortable; easy to get to and in a quieter area of the beach. Views were spectacular and I loved knowing, because of the inclusion of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, I didn’t have to fight for space on the beach. Communication with our host was phenomenal. She was so easy to contact if there was a problem (internet out due to a storm) and took care of it immediately. A huge thank you to our hosts for sharing their lovely home with travelers who just needed to be warm again! We will be back!

We enjoyed the views from the condo deck. The beach was just steps away. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished. It was perfect and we plan to return soon.
