Excellent Location

I really enjoyed my stay here, it is centrally located and extremely close to the beach. The property manager was very helpful when we arrived up until we left. The place itself was very nice and I would definitely book here again.

Awesome Time

Loved the location to the clubs and beaches. Condo is perfect for having 3 different couples. Each room had its own bathroom. No complaints at all! Had a great time there!

Great location very secure and clean

We came for a wedding and extended our stay we wanted to be close to the beach and easy access to taxi and Uber services as well as shopping and shopping excursions this place is beautiful just No laundry or guest check in available. Totally recommend great AC and lots of space.

Perfect place for families and urban hiking

First time using an app for a vacation rental and it was perfect, the condo was clean, had an issue with one of the toilet but it was resolved the same day! Location is perfect, close to beach, Malecon, stores, coffee shops! We were all very happy and can’t wait to continue using this condo for all my PTO Vallarta vacations! Thank you.

Lovely place to stay in PV

This is such a great unit. Spacious 3 bedroom unit where each unit has its own bathrooms meant kids could sleep and not need to go to the main room at night Fantastic location, no sea view, but 2 minute walk to the beach, the best breakfast coffee shop, coconut guy, tamale guy, taco stands, oxxo, you name it, it's within two blocks. Place was clean and functional. Wish there were more staples like TP, dishwashing tablets, but oxxo was two minutes away. Would highly recommend this place to stay. We loved it

Fantastic condo and location.

The condo was lovely, clean and modern. Location was our favourite yet. Two negatives. We only had one set of sheets for each bed. We should have had two due to a two week stay. The towels were scarce and obviously a few years old. That being said we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location and facility

This is the second 3br/3ba condo I've stayed in at Rivera Molina. This one is better. The condos are similar but this one has better furniture and the balcony is shaded for more of the day and has less noise. While there is no ocean view in this complex, the pool and all the facilities make up for that as does the short walk to the Malecon. I was here with friends for my daughter's wedding; we booked four separate condos and everyone was happy with the location and services. I highly recommend it.

He toke our money, confirmed our reservation, said sorry i rent at some one else. and never canceled our reservation. So i still keep our money. So don't rent with him, and don't rent with VRBO

Fantastic location!

Jaime’s place is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and very close to the beach, the outdoor market and the boardwalk. The beds are very comfortable and all three rooms have blackout shades. There is some road noise at night in the master bedroom (music from cars, buses), but we slept well with a white noise machine. Although there is no washing machine or dryer in the unit, we found two laundry services within a block’s walk. The A/C and fans work great in the hot months! Rivera Molino has a saltwater pool that is surrounded by beautiful banana tress, palm trees and flowers. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Great location

The condo building is in the perfect location, walk to many bars & restaurants, including the restaurant in the building (Seasons), we had a few meals at Seasons Restaurant (meatloaf special is delicious). The pool is beautiful, chairs were always available around the pool, they also have a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly & polite. The hot water tank in our unit needed to be replaced shortly after we arrived so we took a walk around the area and the repairman locked the door when he was finished. The condo manager (Juan Carlos) was very nice and replied to our messages promptly. There was construction going on in the courtyard below our balcony and since I was in the master bedroom the noise awakened me a little earlier than I would have liked but overall we were very happy with the accommodations and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing property in the perfect location

This condo was amazing, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Puerto Vallarta. The building was modern, clean, and felt very secure, with someone at the front desk 24 hours. We messaged with the property manager and he met us when we arrived to give us the keys and show us the condo. There was air conditioning in every room, which was perfect for our mid-July trip. The balcony overlooking the street was great for people watching on a fairly busy intersection, and we didn't hear any road noise from cars or people when the doors were closed. The property is one block from the Playa de Los Muertos, the Isla Rio Cuale, and the Malecon boardwalk, you can't get a better location than that! It's also within a few blocks from so many fabulous restaurants, I highly recommend Freddy's Tucan for breakfast, Cuates y Cuetes, La Bodeguita del Medio, Cafe de Artistes, and we even ate in the restaurant in the building one time, Seasons PV, and it was good (though not Mexican food). It was an easy uber/taxi ride to the maritime terminal, which a lot of excursions leave from, we got an Uber XL for 6 of us and it was under $300mx. The pool in the building is fantastic, with lots of trees and plants it felt like a tropical paridise. It was in the shade most of the day due to tall buildings on either side, which was perfect for us to get a break from the sun and the heat. The only bad thing about our stay was that the elevator was out for the last couple days of our trip, though luckily the front desk had a maintenance person help us bring our bags down. Also, the water in the building was out the last couple hours of our trip, so we couldn't flush the toilets or take a shower right before we left. Those things were both so minor, and I would recommend this location to anyone I knew visiting Puerto Vallarta in the future.

We loved the location and people watching from the balcony. Did not love not having access to the washer and dryer and each couple being provided one bath towel and one hand towel (no wash clothes) per couple for the week. Also the coffee maker does not work.
