This nineth floor condo directly over the swimming pool has amazing views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. There is a new table with seaing for four and a adirondack chair on the balcony for eating, drinking, watching the waves roll in and the boats entering and leaving the Pass. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely spectacular.

The living area has cozy seating on a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and recliner give you an ideal place to relax, with a flat screen television and DVD player.

Your fully equipped kitchen is a beauty, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cooking equipment for preparing meals. There are two chairs at the breakfast counter and four chairs at the dining table.

The colorful master bedroom has a king-size, balcony access,flat screen television, and a bathroom with an extended countertop with vanity and combination bathtub and shower.

The second bedroom has two full-size beds, bathroom with combination bathtub and shower, wall mounted flat screen television, and DVD player.

Side by side washer and dryer provided as well.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
