Very comfortable and completely updated home with 3BR/2.5 BA and a beatiful back yard. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and sits on a large lot with a fenced back yard, with plenty of room for boat or RV parking, Only 6 miles from the beach and the South Beach Park (free parking). Located close to the US 1 Hwyy. Publix store and Walgreens pharmacy are at a walkable distance. Perfect place to stay relaxing and enjoying our endless Florida summer

The host was helpful and responsive. There was very little we needed upon arrival. The house was well-stocked for visitors. The landscaped yard and back deck provided a nice quiet spot to relax. We enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location. Easy day trips to the entire east coast, south to Everglades, and Disney central. West coast and Keys long day trip/overnighter. Property exactly as described. We hike/bird and did not repeat a trail in two weeks. Atlantic Ocean ten minute drive. Indian River ten minute WALK. Good restaurants 15 minutes close. Publix a few minutes drive. Rtes One and A1a offer wealth of varied interests. Very light traffic until Miami south. Inland virtually no traffic. Coast traffic easy. Back yard very comfortable and roomy. Best recommendation: we re-booked!

adorable house, great location

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was excellent. The home is adorable and surprisingly spacious. The yard patio and yard are beautifully landscaped and very large. The neighborhood is quiet, yet a short drive from shopping, restaurants and the beach. We hope to stay again.

Perfect family house in Vero Beach

The house was neat and tidy with everything you needed for a week long stay. The yard is definitely a high point as it was large and enclosed and perfect for an active dog. Communication was terrific and everything worked throughout the stay. I noticed some nice Christmas touches there to make our stay festive! The Schindlers

Ft. Lauderdale Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Ibis was a great house and responded immediately to every inquiry. The house has been updated and has a great layout. We had some family staying with us with small children and there was plenty of room for all. Plenty of towels, beach towels for everyone, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrella. We loved the family room that opened to a lovely patio and yard. Very quiet, nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again:

Excellent House and Property Manager!

I visited Vero Beach for a baseball tournament with my two teenage boys. Communication leading up to our trip was excellent and we knew exactly what to expect upon our arrival. The house was spotless when we got there and had TONS of room for everyone to have their space. We could have easily been a party of 8 and still not felt cramped. It was conveniently located within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Vero, including visiting the beach. Additionally, one my of boys accidently broke something during our stay and the property manager went above and beyond to be understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Vero Beach to stay here!

Yard is lovely!

Only thing I didn't like was the kitchen trash can. The bags didn't fit, and you had to hold the bag open each time you dropped something in. The can itself wasn't particularly clean. A new one is needed. The decor of the home was very 'Florida' and that added to the vacation vibe.

Great location, spacious house, fully decked out

We had a great time staying at this very nice house in Vero Beach. Everything was close by or just a 5-10 minute drive away depending on what you wanted to do. The beaches are beautiful and the owner of this house had beach chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. all ready for us to use. You could not ask for more. The kitchen is fully decked out, there are enough bath towels to accommodate everyone and the fenced back yard is a plus. The owner is super nice and very accommodating and responds within a short amount of time. When we arrived a day late bc our flight got canceled, she responded immediately when I sent her a message to let her know—and this was at 2am. I did not expect her to answer that quickly, and hope I didn’t wake her up. But you can’t ask for more than that level of service! Highly recommend this place!!

Property looks as stated in pictures.

This was a clean home but the entire time we was there the house had a bad smell in it as soon as we arrived. Through the week stay we had several issues with the toilets backing up and the smell continued to get worse throughout the week. Per the owner she has recently replaced the septic tank. They had to send out a plumber and septic company twice during our stay due to toilet and tubs continuously backing up. Due to the smell throughout the home and the toilets backing up this was not a pleasure week. This may have been a one time thing that was going on or at least I hope so for future visitors . The owner did compensate us $250.00 but later noticed they made a claim toward the damage protection we had purchased and made a claim for the toilets backing up. So I really don’t feel we was compensated like we should have been due to us having to leave for full days while they tried to remedy the issue.

Thank you for your review, that helps us to improve our service. We visited the house multiple times while you were there and never found any bad smell inside the house. The insurance you paid is to be used for emergencies like the one we had in the house that happened after you were there for three days, I do not see any reason for your complain about that, we also cancelled the next booking to make sure that our house was ready to receive visitors.

A Great Family Vacation Spot

If you are looking for a large, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated vacation spot in VeroBeach, you should consider Vero House. We enjoyed the big screen TV with streaming and the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (2 sinks). And our pets were in dog heaven romping in the nicely landscaped, spacious fenced-in yard! It was also a plus to have Ibis, the owner, so willing to accommodate different requests we had. We enjoyed our stay here and do not hesitate to recommend this vacation home.

Very Clean

Very clean property. Comfortable beds, all the necessities we needed. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the beach chairs, towels, etc. Approximately 10-12 minute drive to the South Beach in Vero.
