64 Surfwatch Drive is a newly renovated home featuring stunning views of a tranquil island lagoon rich with nature from walls of windows and two tiers of decks. Ideally situated on the front end of the Island, this home is within easy reach of East and West Beach Villages, Freshfields Village with its shopping and dining options. Of course the main attraction, Kiawah’s pristine ten-mile beach, is only a short walk away (Boardwalk #10 is only about a four min walk)
The living room anchors the main level, with windows on three sides, custom built-in bookshelves, a gas fireplace, and glass doors leading to a wide sundeck curving out among the treetops. The hardwood floors here stretch throughout most of the home, and the comfortable furnishings in soothing coastal hues.
The spacious kitchen features a curved window wall overlooking the serene water views. The countertops are granite and the clean-lined cabinetry is white. There is a pantry for extra storage space, and a wine cooler is convenient for entertaining.
The adjacent dining room with its white coffered ceiling offers plenty of space for gathering with family and friends. Its table easily seats eight or more, and a comfortable window seat offers additional seating for after-dinner conversations. To complete the downstairs there is a queen bedroom with a full bath.
Ascend the open-tread staircase below a barrel vaulted ceiling to the second level, and you’ll find the home’s highlight: the airy master bedroom with tray ceiling, comfy king sized bed, plentiful windows, and glass doors leading to a private balcony curving over the verdant views. The spa-like master bath is equally stunning, with a wall of windows above the soaking tub, his-and-hers sinks, and an expansive glassed-in shower with built-in bench and multiple showerheads.
Two guest bedrooms (a king suite and a room with two full sized beds), each with a tray ceiling and private bathrooms, and a laundry closet complete this level of the home.
No smoking, no pets.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
