This setup ensures that whether you're enjoying the flat-screen TV or engaging in conversation, you're always part of the cabin's lively atmosphere. The living room's design also maintains a seamless connection with the kitchen, characterized by sleek black, white, and gold decor. This modern kitchen is not just about style; it's fully equipped with updated appliances and a 4-seater bar top, complemented by a stunning 9 ft. marble island with a gas range and all the essential cookware.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area merges functionality with style. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a serene view of nature, while a statement-making antler chandelier adds a touch of wilderness charm, hanging over a modern farmhouse table that comfortably seats 10.

This modern cabin also features a game room where you can find an additional entertainment space with a sofa sleeper and a shuffleboard table. This room has floor to ceiling windows to experience the serene outdoor view.

For guests' convenience there is a washer & dryer and half bath located on the ground floor.

The cabin features 4 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 12 guests in beds. 2 bedrooms with king beds, 1 bunkroom with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, sunroom with a sofa sleeper. All beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses. The cabin has 3 baths and an additional half bath. Comfortably sleeps 12!

Charred Pines offers a range of comfortable and stylish sleeping accommodations designed to cater to various preferences and needs. The first bedroom, a luxurious King suite, is a private haven featuring its own bathroom equipped with a walk-in rain shower. Additionally, this suite offers direct access to the outdoor patio through a sliding door, blending indoor comfort with the beauty of the natural surroundings.

The next bedroom is another King suite, equally opulent, boasting a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity, offering a blend of luxury and convenience. For those requiring more sleeping space, the cabin includes a room with 2 sets of bunk beds, combining 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, ideal for families or a group of friends. This room also benefits from a private bathroom, complete with both a shower and a tub.

Beyond the traditional bedrooms, Charred Pines provides additional sleeping options with a sleeper sofa located in the game room, ensuring that every guest experiences comfort and a restful night's sleep.

Charred Pines extends its luxurious ambiance to the outdoors, offering a range of amenities that blend seamlessly with the natural beauty of the surrounding pines. The spacious covered deck is an ideal spot for taking in the spectacular views, featuring another stunning floor-to-ceiling wood fireplace that adds warmth and coziness to your outdoor experience. This outdoor living space is thoughtfully equipped with a Bluetooth stereo system, a TV, and sectional seating, creating the perfect environment for relaxation or entertainment.

The deck also boasts a hot tub, allowing guests to unwind in comfort while still being part of the group's activities. Adjacent to the seating area is a gas grill, complete with complimentary propane and a convenient sink, alongside an outdoor food prep area. For additional entertainment, guests can enjoy a foosball table and a game of cornhole. The oversized sectional, strategically placed around the flat-screen TV, ensures that every moment outdoors is enjoyable and comfortable.

Descending from the deck, guests will find a fire pit surrounded by chairs and side tables, creating an idyllic setting for ending the night under the stars.

Charred Pines is conveniently located very close to good eats and fun activities including recreational park amenities such as fishing, hiking, bike-riding, horse-back riding, kayaking and canoeing. It sits near Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, Cedar Creek Golf Course, and Hochatown area attractions/local fare.

The cabin is positioned on 1.5+ wooded acres. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it’s also conveniently located near some of Hochatown’s most sought-after amenities:

• 3 miles from Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream and Hochatown Escape Games
• 5 miles from the north State Park entrance and great restaurants including Grateful Head Pizza, Blue Rooster and Girls Gone Wine
• 6 miles from Cedar Creek Golf Course and Beavers Bend Marina at Broken Bow Lake

• At no time are Fireworks Permitted

• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water-shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies.
• Condiments--Please Note: A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, herbs/spices, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
