Great Location
Pros: the condo is a great size, the furniture is comfortable, and you won't find a better location with a big pool and beach front access.
Cons: you could press any code into the keypad and get into the condo so I wouldn't consider that very safe. Good thing there's a lock on the inside.
The extra bedding in the closets were stained (some with what looks like blood).
The hot water tank only stores approximately 10 minutes of hot water. So cold showers were taken by everyone but the first person to shower.
My husband dropped something and it rolled under the couch- there were candy wrappers, large food crumbs and dirt under the furniture. The cleaning was sub-par throughout the entire condo. Our feet were black from the floors.
The refrigerator leaks water into the vegetable/fruit bins and the freezer does not allow anything to freeze.
I did let the management company know about these items and they didn't seem phased by them so if these things don't bother you then I guess you shouldn't have a problem.
