â Kids lodge with XBOX, PlayStation, pool tables, ping pong, tv, foosball + playground.

â Consumables: plan on bringing paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, laundry detergent, spices, etc.
â Propane: check tank upon arrival. We will reimburse you if you fill up or exchange. Locklin's Bottled Gas in Hamlin or Dollar General are the best options.
â Firewood. We donât provide wood at the house but will reimburse you if purchased locally.
â Small items: light bulbs, batteries, etcâŠwe do not stock, but will reimburse you if you purchase during your stay.
â Summer Pests: if you notice any activity call or text us so we can relay the information to our pest control service.
â Waste Management. Our waste management system is located in the basement and will back up into the house (yikes!) if anything other than single ply toilet paper is used. Baby/facial wipes and feminine products will clog the drain and cause a huge mess -- please donât flush.Use only single ply toilet paper (like scott 1000).If the power goes out: DO NOT RUN ANY WATER UNTIL THE ELECTRIC COMES BACK ON. The septic system runs on electricity and will back up into the house if water is used during this time. If you hear the alarm downstairs, immediately stop using any water (sinks, toilets, showers, etc...) and contact us immediately.

â No street parking.
â Keep the noise level down.

â â A full list of community rules and regulations will be provided.
â â Because weâre located in a rural area, please be patient if things need to be addressed. We live 2 œ hours away and will do our best to fix any issues that may arise, but sometimes it takes a little time to get people to attend to things.
