The house is approximately 300 yards away from the beach which is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride.

Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, marina, park, basketball courts, swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar and restaurant which offers great food an adult beverages. Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.
