Beautiful 2 bedroom lakefront home located 3 blocks from the beach - walking distance to ocean, boardwalk, dining & entertainment! Perfect for friends or families that want to get away together yet still have their own space and privacy. Tons of amenities! Just bring the sunscreen:)

First floor: Large Primary Bedroom with comfortable queen bed and private sitting area, smart TV, kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided); full bathroom (with tub/shower combo), laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. This suite has its own private exterior door that opens to the private backyard.

Second floor: Open floor plan living room (with full size pull out sofa), smart TV, dining area (seats 6), and full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided). Fireplace is non-operational due to City code.

Third floor: Extra Large Primary Bedroom overlooking Lake Holly and the private backyard with comfortable king bed and private sitting area, smart TV, full bath with walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity.

There is a spacious outdoor deck and hammock perfect for relaxing and taking in the wildlife. There is also a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water - perfect to rinse off after a long day at the beach.

We provide everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach: linens and towels, paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges and cloths, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee provided (with creamer and sweetener), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

The kitchen in this home if fully stocked for cooking family meals during your stay including pots and pans, baking dishes, baking sheets, utensils, dishware and glass ware, steak and chef knives, measuring spoons and cups, mixing bowls, serving trays, basically anything a chef would need :)

Smart TVs have Cox Basic Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

Beach amenities provided: beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cart, 4 adult size beach cruisers and helmets (must sign liability waiver prior to using the bikes).

HOUSE RULES: You must agree to and follow the house rules. No parties or events are allowed. Maximum of 6 adults are allowed on the property. No unauthorized guests are allowed - if you violate this rule you will be asked to leave and your reservation will be cancelled without refund. These are strict guidelines set by the City of Virginia Beach and we must enforce them. No smoking. Quiet hours 10pm-8am weekdays, 11pm-8am weekends and holidays.

We do love all animals, however we are highly allergic to all pet dander; therefore we must adhere to a strict NO PET POLICY.

**Please note there is an exterior security camera on the front of the house overlooking the driveway to monitor occupancy and noise only. We do not have any interior cameras**
