Great house in a great location in the center

I am sorry to hear that we couldn't meet your expectations. Let me go through your concerns. Silverware was in the drawer right to the sink. Master bed is new and firm as it gives good support for back. We had many compliments about this. We have different types of bed in each room for making a choice of firmness for guests. Our listed check in time was 4pm or later but since you requested to check in at 3 pm we tried to accommodate you. It takes at least 4 hours and 2 people to clean and sanitize the house to get ready. Hence we can give access only after it is done. We wanted to ensure it is ready to occupy safely. Still we provided access details 10 mins before 3pm. I understand there is a railroad but that is very rarely travelled, like 3-4 times a day. There are also other ways to get to house skipping rail. Also, this is not a bad neighborhood at all. City hall and police headquarters are few blocks away. Hence crime rate is much much lower than many posh neighborhood. Plus we have security systems around the house as well. There is nothing to be worried. Hope you will consider your review and return.

Thanks for the review. TVs are there in the living and nook. We never had any drainage issues up until now. It was caused by someone from your own party dumping things thru the sink.
