Beautiful home with pool, spa and private back yard located in a very quiet cul-de-sac that is safe, only 4.4 miles from the airport, and a few minutes ride to downtown Palm Springs.
This is a well kept neighborhood with single story homes that is close to stores, restaurants, golf courses and gym. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms, two of are master bedrooms and three full baths and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Wonderful house for a Palm Springs Getaway!

We had a great time at this house in Palm Springs! Alice was always responsive quickly and the house is wonderful, has everything you need, and has awonderful outdoor space to relax in and around the pool and hot tub. We had a small bump at check in, and had an unforeseen hot water failure, but Alice and her co-host resolved everything quickly. If we’re back in the area we’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was a very nice house with a pool and spa in the back. The place was clean, and the owner super responsive. It was a super nice surprise that she left a box on chocolate and coffee for us upon arrival. We recommend this place for families or couples to get away. We will stay again if possible when we visit Palm Springs! Thank you Alice for being a great host! Wendy

Peaceful, comfortable villa with everything you need

A few friends and I rented this property over a long weekend. We were looking for a good pool, spacious living areas, and comfortable bedrooms. This place definitely fit the bill! The pool and spa were great and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Alice was a great host and stayed in contact with us through the weekend to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend this home. One thing note: it does get quite windy in this part of Palm Springs so make sure bring everything inside in the afternoon

Lots of good stuff

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house, grounds, pool and spa are all very nice and quite comfortable, and the owner was very responsive. The only challenges we had were fairly strong winds the first few days (it was very calm only a mile away), the water pressure (low) and quality (lots of sputtering, no hot water in 2 of 3 bathrooms, and discolored water coming from the master bathtub faucet.) If I could, I'd give a rating of 4.5 overall.

Property availability saved our lives

We were booked with another agency when the owner took back the property. It was President's Day weekend and Modernism week in Palm Springs, CA. VRBO had Alice's property available and Alice replied immediately. It was a great location near where we had stayed before and saved our lives. The kitchen was very clean and had new appliances which worked very well. The bathrooms were very clean. There was always very hot water. Every bedroom had a flatscreen TV. Alice was always available when we needed her. She was an outstanding host.

Palm Springs North Visit

While the hosts were accommodating and the house well equipped, it is located in the windy North end of Palm Springs directly under the flight path of the airport. Planes overhead every10 minutes and frequent windstorms detracted from what would have been a more pleasant experience.

First of all, I like to thank you for booking with us & choosing our home. I'm surprised with your review, because we went out of our way, in more than one occasion, to help you with your personal issues. Palm Springs is a tiny city and everyone can hear the airplanes passing overhead. Our address is not in North Palm Springs but in the City of Palm Springs. North Palm Springs is a different area. Many of our guests had mentioned how beautiful, quiet and safe our neighborhood is. Some months of the year we get a little windy during the evenings in Palm Springs. This is beyond our control. You also left the house in a total mess and on top of that you placed a negative review on the property while we went completely out of our way to help you with everything as you very well know. We just do not think that your review is representative of our gorgeous home and of the excellent and personal service that we provided to you. Wish you the best.

Upscale private luxury

The property was all that it was advertised. The home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with every convenience that any guest would desire. It was in a quiet development and was within 10-15 minutes of just about every place in Palm Springs that one would want to go. Access was easy and Alice, the property contact, was responsive and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality home in which to stay.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

Alice & Peter were great hosts. Flexible to extend the check-out time when our flight was delayed. The property is well located - nice cul-de-sac, quiet neighborhood. The pool was ideal for young kids. Beds super comfy. We will definitely come back when we revisit SoCal

Great getaway for family and friends

Make for a wonderful 12 night stay in Palm Springs, just minutes from downtown and the airport. The owner was over the top helpful with a couple of minor issues and immediately responsive to questions. This is NOT a place for partying or making a lot of noise - the city is serious about keeping the town peaceful for nearby residents - a big plus in our book. We will definitely be back for more sunny days by the pool.

Home away from home

My family and I decided to take a quick trip for spring break. We were lucky enough to locate this property. Everything went extremely well! Alice and her co-host Peter were very easy to communicate with. The house was well stocked and had decorative touches to make it feel “homey”. Not being pool owners ourselves, we had a couple of questions about pool operation and Alice/Peter addressed those immediately. We could not have been more pleased with this trip and we will definitely stay here again!!

Great stay, great host

The property was great, but more impressive was how Alice and her co-host went above and beyond in their communication with us. We had a host of uncontrollable bumps in our plans (COVID, travel delays, weather events), and Alice was communicative throughout, which helped us relax and enjoy being together.

Beautiful spacious home w/ pool, spa & great location!

Whether you’re traveling alone, with another person or with family, this property should definitely be considered. This spacious home has a private backyard w/ pool and spa, covered patio and tons of lounging areas to enjoy the Palm Springs sun while sunbathing by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped w/ everything you’ll need to whip up meals while socially distancing at home - to include a gas grill by the covered patio (the nearest grocery store is less than a five minute drive away). You must take advantage of the very safe and family friendly neighborhood by joining the many locals on their morning or early evening walk. There are many hiking trails just a short drive away as well. We must not forget the wonderful hosts, Alice & Peter, who are extremely communicative and will go out of their way to ensure an enjoyable and memorable visit. Alice decorated the entire home w/ festive holiday decor, which made our two week stay over the holidays enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
