This Cocoonr Collection-certified house is one of our premium properties, situated in Tréffléan, just about ten minutes’ drive from Vannes, in the Gulf of Morbihan. The property is laid out as follows, on the ground floor:
- A large, light-filled living area, featuring a lounge area with a contemporary fireplace, a large-screen TV, and a dining area opening onto the lounge,
- A fitted and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, crockery, etc.),
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200) opening onto the terrace and garden.
- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower
- A room with a large walk-in wardrobe
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private 10 m² terrace offering unobstructed views of the countryside,
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190),
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed, suitable for a child or teenager (90 x 190),
- A large bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower and a bath, with twin washbasins.
- A study, designed as a workspace and fitted with a sofa bed (this is not an extra bed, but a bench seat),
- A large landing with a charming relaxation area/library featuring armchairs, a small TV and a keyboard for music lovers,
- 1 separate toilet

For children: a travel cot and high chair are available.

Outdoors:
- A beautiful, tree-lined garden of 1,500 m² plus a lovely south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather (sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, etc.),
- A lovely heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 7.50 m x 3.50 m for maximum relaxation.

The swimming pool is heated from 1 May (weather permitting) until 30 September; however, as it is not covered, the water temperature is heavily influenced by weather conditions and we cannot guarantee the temperature or its availability.
- Child safety: secured with an electric cover and an alarm.

The house is ideally situated in the peaceful countryside, where many market gardeners sell their fruit and vegetables to visitors.

Transport:
If you’re coming by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park.

- Bus stop: 10 minutes’ walk away
