Everything was clean. The location was good, the neighborhood was a little sketchy but very quiet. Plenty of space. The layout was a little weird but overall it was a great stay!

This was probably the best property owner I have dealt with. He was in constant contact making sure everything went smoothly for us. My wife and I alsappreciated the chocolates and bottle of wine for our 30th wedding anniversary. Niagara is a beautiful place with nice people. We will definitely be going back!!!

Overall, it was a decent stay. When we drove through the neighborhood, there were a lot of run down houses and we were a little worried, but everyone we ran into was nice and no one bothered us. The host was easy to get ahold of and the apartment was clean. I don't know if I missed it in the description, but I wasn't expecting a 2nd floor aparment. It was a little weird walking through one bedroom from the front door to get to the rest of the apartment. There was a lock on that bedroom to lock from the outside, which was weird as well. Air conditioning was available, but was not installed. I'm guessing because of the time of year. There was only a couple of days it got real warm on our stay so we opened the windows. There was only hot water in the shower, the sinks had none. There was a grill available, but it was rusted. Also, not really any good place to do laundry. We were gone most of the time, and Niagra Falls was very close to drive, it would be a bit of a walk though. Good location for a short drive to the sites. It was a place to come and sleep, not to really hang out and enjoy a porch.

Excellent host. Wonderful person.

The host will do everything to make your stay comfortable. The house was clean and tidy and a pleasure to stay in. Very cozy. We were not able to use washer and dryer.

So my friends and I needed a place to stay since we were seeing a show at electric city. EVERYTHING was booked and overly priced due to the bills game being home. I stumbled upon this property and gave it a shot. The place was VERY clean, super organized and it was an absolute hidden gem. We had no disruptions from any neighbors and totally enjoyed our stay. The host was super responsive and was able to be asked questions even when he was out and about with family. I give our stay and this place a 10/10. Thank you so much!!The pic is from sunshine cafe nearby and that place was amazing too!

Amazing Stay!

The apartment is extremely clean and close to a ton of extracurricular activities! William was amazing from the beginning and communicated throughout the stay. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the area!

Perfect for short stay in Niagara

We were going to a Bills game the next day and this place worked out perfectly. William was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Sure the area isn't the best looking but neither is anywhere else in Niagara falls.

Friendly easy to deal with

Owner was very friendly. We loved the shower. Would stay again if ever in Niagara Falls again. Flat screen tv in each bedroom and living room. Plenty of towels available. Had 1 person decide to come with us. Owner declined to charge us for our added guest. He was easy to work with. We always had easy parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Really cute apartment! Spacious and it had a lot of nice little conveniences. Like wireless chargers and mini speakers in each room. Very clean and had all you could need minus your own food! Owner was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful! It was a nice place to come home and relax after a long day at the falls! Would definitely return!

I'll start off by saying when we arrived for our stay the neighborhood and outside surrounding properties was a bit for sore eyes but once we got inside the place was well upkept and pretty nice place. It was a upstairs place and was a little let down that the main "front room and kitchen" wasn't really able to be cooled down but there was window AC units in all the rooms which made for a comfortable sleep but the rest of the place was a little warm. Aside for that being my only complaint. Had a kitchen with pots and pans for cooking with a full size range and a microwave. 10/10 I would come back and stay another night.

I actually helped the man who previously lived here by cutting his grass and shoveling his snow for no fee. One afternoon we spoke on the porch for hours and a week later he passed away. His family told me he was so happy that we spoke for many hrs and laughed all day, he haven’t experienced that in years. His daughter thanked me for spending the last moments with her dad and made him so happy. It was just a act of kindness !!
