I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 32 square meters apartment, located on the 2nd floor without elevator and situated in the heart of Malakoff, 5 min from Paris, 15 min from Montparnasse station.
It is well equipped and can accommodate 2 people.
You will find everything you need for your daily life nearby, and you will stay close to Paris.

## Logement
Located in Malakoff, my apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room and a dining area.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will stay in the heart of Malakoff, thus, you will find nearby: various bars, restaurants and shops; the Fort Vanves at 15 minutes walk, the Léon Salagnac Park at 10 minutes and the Marcel-Cerdan Sports Complex at 16 minutes.

You will be very well served by public transportation to stroll around the city and visit the capital and its famous tourist sites! The Eiffel Tower is 35 minutes away by metro, the Palais Garnier 36 minutes, the Pantheon 35 minutes and the Arc de Triomphe 31 minutes.

For your daily shopping, you will have the AS Alimentation directly opposite the building and a Franprix at 7 minutes.
