Welcome to the Best of the Best at Lighthouse on the Bay. This tropical paradise sits on the Bay overlooking Terry Cove. Enjoy the most AMAZING view from the balcony. This unit, # 2202, is pet friendly and has great views and plenty of room to relax in.

FEATURES:
Lighthouse on the Bay offers a wealth of amenities other resorts wish they had! Float along the Lazy River or spend the day lounging by the pool. The little ones will love the Kiddie Pool. After a day of fun and sun, cook out in the barbecue area and watch the boats come into the Marina. Fish off the dock featuring a cleaning station right on the dock, enjoy the beach area in front of building, or just read in the "Quiet Area" located right off the beach area. The complex also has a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, and a state of the art Fitness Center coupled with a Sauna and shower. This unit has smart TV in the living room and each bedroom; pull up your favorite shows and enjoy! Easily connect to the free Wi-Fi with all of your own devices in case you don't want to watch tv.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a king size bed . A walk-in closet stocked with hangars provides a great place to hang up all of your clothes and keep your luggage out of sight. Each end table has a lamp on it to provide great reading light. The room features a TV with smart functionality through DirecTV. You also have cable through DirecTV, so you have plenty of options to watch whatever you want for the night. Enjoy a private bathroom connected directly to the bedroom.

MASTER BATH:
Enjoy the large vanity area with a large mirror. Double sinks allow multiple people to get ready at the same time without tripping over each other. Plenty of cabinet space for storing all of your bathroom essentials. Enjoy the gorgeous walk in shower!

GUEST BEDROOM #1:
The guest bedroom features two Twin sized beds. A private closet allows you to hang up your clothes and store your luggage away safely. Enjoy some late night reading with the light from the lamp. The room features a TV with smart functionality through DirecTV. You also have cable through DirecTV, so you have plenty of options to watch whatever you want for the night. Enjoy your own private bath that connects directly to the bedroom.

GUEST BATH #1:
This bath features a shower/tub combo unit that is well lit from the light located directly in the shower. The large mirror and vanity space allow for easy getting ready in the morning and winding down at night.

LIVING AREA:
The living room offers sofa with multiple chairs that create plenty of seating space and there is sitting for 4 at the dining table. Ceiling to floor glass door and windows allow you to always have an eye on the beautiful scenery. A Smart TV with cable provides an excellent distraction if the weather isn't cooperating in the moment. For when the weather is nice, enjoy the large balcony with great views of the pool area and the Bay. A wet bar with a standalone ice maker is located in the living room. Mix yourself a nice drink and settle down with a show in the evenings.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A large stainless steel fridge has plenty of storage for food and drinks, and the freezer is large enough to stay stocked up on what you need to stay cold. An ice maker is located in the freezer, and there is a spot to get water and ice directly on the large French style doors of the fridge. Stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and oven with a glass stovetop allow you to get your chef on. Both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee machine is available for you to use. I attempt to keep disposable filters in stock for you to use. You will need to bring your own coffee. Also available for your use is a toaster, blender, can opener, pots and pans galore, baking sheets, and a full set of utensils and drinkware.

SURROUNDING AREA:
Located right at the condo, enjoy the fishing dock that features a complete cleaning station right at the end. Save time cleaning your fish all while you keep on fishing. Maybe you'll catch enough for the whole family to eat!
Boat slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis. Contact me to check and see if there's a slip available for your dates and I can get that reserved for you! I also have trailer parking located about half a mile down the road from the condo.
Lighthouse on the Bay is located about 4 miles from the Wharf which offers excellent shopping, movie theater, and a great outdoor concert venue. The Orange Beach Golf Center is located 3.5 miles away on the way to the Wharf, so you're nice and close if you want to go get a round in while you're on vacation. The Orange Beach Waterfront Park is located right by the condo and offers a complete playground if you have kids that would want to go play. There is also the Coastal Arts Center located right in the park. A beautiful Public Library is located right next to the park.

For anyone up for a little bit of a drive, you can head up to Foley. Foley, AL, has great destinations to spend your entire day enjoying including the Tanger Outlet mall, featuring dozens of premiere shops and restaurants, and OWA - an all inclusive destination featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Entertainment includes a large arcade (often featuring gaming tournaments), a stage often featuring comedy shows and concerts, an amusement park featuring a full size roller coaster, and an indoor waterpark!

***Parking is purchased upon arrival and cost $55 per car. Reservations longer than 30 days will require an additional parking pass to be purchased for each car every 30 days. Wristbands are required to be worn while on the property.***

*** You are required to bring your own inner tubes for the lazy river!***

*** Small and Medium Dogs are Welcome. The complex will require an additional fee of $250/pet as well with $100/pet being refunded after leash lead is returned. This fee is separate from the pet fee charged here which is our personal pet fee***

Welcome to our condo. Please read the house rules carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay!

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Max number of guests: 6 - any additional guests may result in an additional fee added to the reservation
Minimum age to book: 25 - a person meeting the minimum age is required to stay for the entire reservation

Not Allowed:
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- No illegal substances or activities

Pets:
- No cats are allowed
- Dogs up to 50lbs are allowed. You are allowed to bring up to 2 dogs.
- We have our own personal pet fee. That fee is $100 - it covers both dogs and is nonrefundable.
- The complex has its own pet fee. Their fee is $250/dog but will refund $100/dog upon departure as long as no issues occur.

Cleaning:
- Please do not leave the property a mess. You will get charged for any excessive mess or smells left in the property.
- Please take out the trash before your departure
- Please wash all dirty dishes
- DO NOT wash any dirty towels or bedding. Leave towels in the bathroom. You do not need to strip any beds.

Make sure front door is closed and locked upon departure.
Do not share door codes with anyone outside of your party.
Please set thermostat to 76F for spring/summer/fall (AC On) and 68F for winter (Heat On)

Parking:
- Parking is purchased directly from the condo complex upon arrival. Passes are good for 30 days; additional passes will be required to be purchased for longer stays. You will purchase parking from the front desk during check in.

Boats:
- There are boat slips available for rent at this complex on a first-come-first-serve basis. Contact us about the interest of bringing a boat. We will contact the HOA to organize the slip rental.
- Once a boat slip is reserved, we will charge you an additional fee covering the boat slip cost. We will also include trailer parking in that cost unless notified that no trailer parking is needed.
- There is no trailer parking at the condo. Trailer parking is located just down the road, less than a mile from the condo.
- There is no boat launch at the condo. Renters will have to use one of the public boat launches located in Orange Beach.

Damages:
- Look around the unit upon check-in and note any damages. Let us know about anything you find immediately. You will be held accountable for any damages found following your departure if we were not notified of the damage by you upon your arrival.
- Please notify us of any damage that occurs during your stay. Accidents happen and we understand that. We may have to charge you for the damage depending on the cost and damage caused.
- Any missing items will be charged to guests

Emergencies:
There is no dedicated overnight emergency contact. If an emergency happens, leave us a message. We might respond then. If not, then we will get back in touch with you first thing in the morning.

Maintenance:
- Inform us of any maintenance issues that happen during your stay. We will be out or have someone come out as soon as possible depending on the severity of the issue. It might take a day or two if the issue is minor.
- You do not need to be present for us to get in and perform maintenance.

Daily Maid Service:
- There is no daily maid service
- Towels and bed linens are freshly washed and changed out before each reservation
- An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for longer stays. You will be charged an extra fee for the service.

Hurricane Policy:
- No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless the National Weather Service or the city of Gulf Shores issues a mandatory evacuation
- If an evacuation order is given, any unused portion of rental payment from currently registered guest will be refunded.

We love staying at Lighthouse Condominiums, formerly Phoenix on the Bay II. This particular unit is now my favorite. Gorgeous view all day long, clean, had everything we needed and more! Comfy beds. Communication was spot on from start to finish. Can’t wait until we can return!!

Nice getaway

Nice property right on the bay. Condo is nice, situated close to the elevator for easy access to lazy river and boat docks as well as the unloading luggage and things. Nice balcony with great views. We enjoyed bringing our dog Teddy with us and he did too. I would give 5 stars except for the king bed. Just wasn’t comfortable for my wife and I. We would stay again.

Very nice condo and outstanding property

Our unit was super clean and modern, beds were good, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Very nice view and the property was manicured like a palace. The only drawback as with most condos are the carts to transport your stuff.

Excellent Stay at Phoenix on the Bay II

We had a blast staying at this unit. Dog Friendly, clean unit. We had family stay a couple of units down from us so it made it very convenient for family meals. Would stay here again. Jodi was a great host. There's a dog friendly water area park down the road and some good restaurants down the road like Oso Early for Breakfast, The Gulf for Lunch and Big Mike's Steakhouse for dinner. The Lazy river was a blast. We would stay here again.

Very Nice Place

The condo was very nice and just as described. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The wet bar was great, the grounds were beautiful, the view was awesome. The pool and lazy river were as nice as the picture show. The location was very good, close to an elevator for unloading and loading, and for taking our pet out. Loved that they had 2 fenced pet areas too! The docks were very nice and convenient for amateur fisherman. The only negative we would say is the floors could have been a little cleaner, other than that we were very happy and look forward to renting again.

Annual Family Beach Trip

The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The property staff and security are professional and very helpful. We have stayed at this property every year for over 10 years and love every trip. Quinton is the best and is always pleasant and very helpful. Jodi, the owner we rented from is kind and was a pleasure to rent from. My wife and I were blown away by the kindness shown to us by Jodi, other property owners, and the security staff when my wife lost her engagement ring and wedding band on the day we left. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate it but everyone at the property was understanding and very helpful with trying to find the rings. We will definitely continue staying at Phoneix On The Bay II every year.

A bit of paradise......

Second year going to OBA... First year, we did a home as we are not big on the overall large condo/resort hype. We like tranquil and few crowds. This condo has it. We instantly fell in love with the condo and the complex. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. I did not see any trash or litter. There are a few pets in the area (ours included) and did not see any visible damage from them in the actual condo or the complex grounds.. The boat docks are first class. The actual condo was very clean and well maintained. We did have a bit of trouble with the TV/Cable but we were not there to watch TV and we overcame it. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. The view from the balcony is second to none. We enjoyed our morning coffee viewing the harbor and the perdido pass. The complex is very close to several very good restaurants by boat or car. Tiki, Anchor, and Fishers were our favorites. No comment on the pool as we never used it but is seemed very adequate. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. We hope to be back summer '24

Perfect Bay Stay

We loved this condo. It must have the best view on the bay. We could not find anything we didn't like. Very pet friendly for our pug. The pet areas are kept so nice and the fenced in area by the parking garage was one of our favorites to let her run free. The pool area is beautiful if there in warmer weather. The inside pool was nice as well. The unit is very nice and when inside we never heard any neighbors. This has more of a tropical resort feel. Workers we met were very friendly. The elevator right outside the unit was a great plus for this unit for unloading and loading as well for taking out our pet. Hope to stay again someday.

Beautiful view from the condo

We appreciated the well supplied condo. The location was convenient and we enjoyed the restaurants nearby. Our stay was cut short due to a family emergency but enjoyed our time there.
